This was our second time staying at Sherwood Suites, the first time was in 2019. Our experience this time was just as wonderful. Honestly this has got to be the best hotel in HCMC. It’s worth the extra cost for sure. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed in the Grand Suite which had two bedrooms plus a spare bed in a study nook/large cupboard. Beds are gloriously soft and comfortable, I’m fairly sure they fill the pillows with clouds, the rooms have the fastest wifi known to man, climate controlled quiet air-conditioning, a laundry with washer and dryer, a great kitchen with excellent size fridge, a great living dining area with a couch and table, tons of storage, two palatial bathrooms, and two tv’s with all the modern features (on our main bedroom tv airplay wasn’t working as I’m not sure the tv was connected to the same wifi network as our phones, but you know, first world problems 🤣). The hotel has a fantastic under cover but open air pool which looks small and dark in photos but really is gorgeous and large in real life. It also had a spa/jacuzzi and gym next door, plus a games room for small children, and a pool/billiards room for older ones. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, where you have a small selection of pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit and juices (real squeezed orange juice included), then also has a menu where you order as many cooked breakfast items as you like. You can also order a proper latte/tea/coffee as part of the buffet breakfast. The only improvement I can suggest is the rooms didn’t have a guide that told how this worked (there was a small guide on the tv but it mainly listed the services and times), so it was a little confusing working out that we ordered meals on top of the buffet spread at first, mainly as this is unique to Sherwood. The meals were so delicious it’s also worth having lunch or dinner here too, on the pricey side of course but absolutely worth it! Suggestion: It would be great if guests could order room service via an app, the website, or the tv menu, as this would avoid any language confusion and would be lovely for those that don’t feel too social. Staff were excellent, they really go above and beyond! All had really great english and were super friendly and helpful. The manager was always available to help out and offered great suggestions of things to do and see. Nothing was ever a bother, we arranged a tour and a few taxi’s via reception, and a late checkout for one of our rooms for an additional small fee, they handled everything perfectly and it really made the end of our trip a total highlight. Sherwood is very conveniently located in District 3, near lots of places to eat, a million coffee houses, a short walk to a few of the larger shopping centres and undercover market, as well as the war museum, beautiful old Saigon Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (cathedral). 내가 hcmc로 돌아와서 Sherwood에 머물기로 결정하기 전에 내가 예약 한 그 에어 비앤비보다 훨씬 낫습니다. 접수원과 그들의 팀은 전문적입니다. 집주인에게 AC에서 누수가 있다고 말했습니다. 그들의 기술자가 와서 20 분 안에 문제를 즉시 해결했습니다. 오래된 학교 가구이지만 모두 잘 관리되고 매우 깨끗합니다. 콘도가 모든 것에 가깝다는 것뿐만 아니라. 국제 공항에서 20분, 1구역에서 5분 거리는 러시아워에 매우 혼잡하지만 한 방향으로 더 쉽게 만듭니다. 나는 3명의 소년 11, 9, 3이 있습니다. 그들은 모두 그 곳을 좋아합니다. 집처럼 느껴집니다. 수영장과 어린이 놀이방이 있습니다. 내 작은 남자는 그것을 좋아합니다. 매우 편리한 위치입니다. 우리 가족과 나는 Hcm c를 방문할 친구와 가족에게 확실히 추천할 것입니다.

처음 방문해 낯선 호치민에서 정말 친구같은 호텔을 만난 것 같았어요. 1.트립닷컴을 통해 예약한 뒤, 호텔로 궁금한 점이나 요청사항을 보내면 바로 피드백을 주어서 궁금증을 빨리 해결할 수 있었어요. 2.방문한 날 로비에 들어서자 세미나가 있는날인지... 사람이 엄청 많아서 서비스가 엉망일 수 있겠다고 생각했지만... 와~ 프로페셔널한 직원들 때문에 감동했어요. 투숙객들의 얼굴을 기억해주고 불편한 점이나 필요한 것들에 대해 계속 점검해주어서 무척 고마웠어요. 프런트 직원분들도 강아지도 너무 예뻐해주고 하우스키퍼 분들도 수시로 물을 채워주러 오셨어요. 3. 필로우 주문 서비스 낮선 곳에서 잠자리가 불편할 수도 있는데... 편안한 잠자리를 위해 베개의 강도, 모양 등을 주문해서 사용할 수 있었어요. 전 안고 잘 수 있는 베개를 주문했어요. 많은 곳을 여행해 보지 않았지만 이런 섬세한 서비스에 또 한번 감동했어요. 4. 도어맨의 친절 주로 그랩을 타고 다니다가 처음으로 승차거부를 당해서 당황하고 있었는데, 그 광경을 목격한 도어맨이 ”너네 지금 승차거부 당한거야?” 라며 대신 화를 내주시더라고요... 그러면서 택시를 바로 잡아주었어요^^ 친절에 감사해요. 5. 객실 바닥 여행을 다니다보면 객실의 바닥이 카펫인 곳이 많은데, 예쁜 헤링본 패턴의 마룻바닥이 유럽 감성을 느끼게 정말 예뻤고 훨씬 위생적으로 느껴졌어요. 6. 조식당 음식의 가짓 수는 많지 않지만 음식 하나하나 맛있었어요. 에그베네딕트 정말 맛있고, 과일도 수시로 종류가 바뀌어 나와요. 요거트도 꼭 챙겨 먹어야 해요^^ 7. 소셜클럽 이 호텔의 소셜 클럽은 현지인들에게도 무척 유명하다고 하더라고요. 객실의 작은 문제가 있었는데, 소셜클럽에서 사용할 수 있는 바우처를 주셔서 이용해보았어요. 이런 칵테일 바 같은 곳을 잘 이용해보지 않아서 직원분께 이것저것 귀찮게 물어봤는데 너무 친절하게 설명해주셔서 쿠톤활용도 잘 할 수 있었어요. 친절하게 응대해주셨는데... 안경 쓰신 남자직원분 이름을 기억해두지 못해서 너무 아쉬웠어요. 8. 체크아웃 후 사워실 이용 다른 이용객이 체크아웃 후에 사워실 이용하도록 배려받았단 리뷰를 보고 혹시나 하는 마음에 물어봤는데 너무 흔쾌히 허락해주셔서 상쾌하게 비행기를 탈 수 있었어요. 진짜 이런게 투숙객들을 감동하게 하는 포인트인 것 같아요. 9. 매니저님과의 대화 비행기 시간 때문에 호텔에서 제공한 바우처를 모두 사용하지 못해서 아쉬웠는데 그걸 어떻게 아시고는... 다음에 꼭 방문해달라고 하시더라고요. 당연히 우리 일행은 호치민에 방문한다면 이 호텔에 머물겠다고 했어요. 돌아오는 비행기에서도 우리는 이 호텔에 대해서만 얘기했어요. 다시 만나게 될 날을 기대해요... 이 호텔에서 보낸 시간은 정말 행복했어요.

Excellent hotel and great value. Check-in/out flawless. Staff are all very kind and lovely to deal with. The hotel itself is very modern. The location was excellent with 5 different restaurants within 50m and most attractions within 15 minutes by Grab (Asias version of Uber which is extremely cheap $3). The room came equipped with a kitchenette / cooking essentials as well as a fridge and washing machine. Note a wash & dry cycle takes 4 hours as it’s a combo unit. The bathroom and shower was heaven! Also housekeeping do an excellent job and keeping everything in top order. Cocotte is the on-site restaurant that provides breakfast which was basic but good. The staff there are also amazing and helpful. The pool was excellent and we enjoyed a couple of hours a day there cooling off from the hot weather. The only feedback we have for the hotel which stopped them getting 5 stars is the bed was not comfortable for us. They are as hard as a rock :( Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay here again! :)

I have had a terrible experience at this hotel. In couple nights in the room 306, I feel very uncomfortable about the enclosed space of the room and the dirtiness of it, I have also encounted cockroaches and insects such as ants in the electric sockets and little spiders. It came to peak when there was a leakage at the sink, after a night of intense leaking - which I did not notice, the water flooded the entire room to the level of about 11 inches and poured out to the entire hallway. Many of my electronic equipments also broke because of this, including 1 Mac, 1 Ipad and 1 Iphone of mine, plus many of my clothes. After this leakage casualty, the manager of the hotel even refused to compensate my lost and try to avoid all the responsibilities by calling the police to pressing me; he only accept paying 50%. Not only he did not respect his customers, he did not even respect his reputation of this hotel. This causing me and my family a huge waste of time and stress. I will never came back here again. I am strongly not recommend to come to this hotel, because I do not want any other guest to have the same experience like mine. I came here to have a peaceful vacation, not a stressful one. Another thing beside, the altitude of the employees here is very unwelcome to customers.

Came here for a few nights as apart of at tour. The location is very central, on a busy street opposite the park, but there are few bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Parts of the building are renovated and some not. The facilities are variable with no bar, just a fridge. The rooms are also variable as is the cleaning of them. Don’t get a front room as road noise is high. Some windows are hard to close and the TV has no European language channels or news. The bed in our room was a king size base with a double mattress, so we kept catching our legs on the corner. The service is slow and variable quality, while the breakfast was limited to eggs, bread and jam. Nothing is really bad, but also not very good either…

이 호텔은 공항에서 차로 30분 거리에 있으며 공항 버스 노선(들어오는 길)과 택시 노선을 타고 5분 이내 거리에 있습니다(돌아오는 길에 운전기사가 현금으로 주차하려면 10000을 추가로 지불해야 합니다). 3명의 젊은 호텔 직원과 운영 이사는 환영하고 정말 친절하며 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 이 중 아무 것도 아닌 다른 것 외에는 그것을 만회하는 나이든 남자가 있습니다. 방 자체는 훌륭합니다. 우리는 넓은 발코니, 주방 공간(냉장고, 냉동고, 호브, 주전자, 전자레인지)이 완비된 스위트룸에 머물렀습니다. 2개의 ac 장치가 완벽한 온도를 만들었습니다. 두 대의 TV (만일 당신이 그들을 작동하게 할 수 있다면 당신은 나보다 똑똑합니다 lol) 넓은 옷장 공간, 훌륭한 침대, 라운지 공간 및 매우 뜨거운 강력한 샤워. 궁전, 노틀담, 우체국 및 작은 상점까지 도보로 15분 거리에 있습니다. 5* 적극 추천합니다!
