Came back to the apartment to find my unpacked belongings outside the front door of the apartment in the public space next to the elevator. And a new guest in the apartment. I understand that management companies make mistakes with their bookings but no attempt at all via any means was made to contact me to explain anything. I spoke to them afterwards and it was just excuses attempting to cover up what they'd done.
Not sure if the management company will get a chance to respond below. If they do, I wouldn't believe anything they say.
Future guests should keep this in mind if thinking about staying here and not rule out the possibility that they'll come back to the apartment and find their things outside the front door and new guest already moved in.
