This resort is something special. It is stylish, relaxing and the service is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and kept to the highest standards. The pool area and bar are relaxing with music playing at a level that entertains without disturbing the environment, making it easy to read or just relax in the sun. I took advantage of the Wellness Spa, treating myself to a massage. The staff were excellent. The treatment options were clearly explained and at no time did I feel pressured to buy any. The prices of the treatments were reasonable. Christopher was my masseur, he was friendly and kind, putting me at ease. Displaying great care, and professionalism throughout the treatment.

We booked this hotel expecting so much more! We decided to go for the breakfast and evening meal board option. For a week we paid £1600 for 2 adults, in a standard room. The room itself was clean and spacious, but that was the only positive thing about this place! Food was nothing special at all, very average, breakfast included fruit juice only, unless you want to pay for a hot drink!! Yes not even regular coffee or tea is included! Evening meal again nothing exciting, and hey wait for it...your board does not include even 1 drink, you have the pleasure of paying around 3-4 euros for a coke! This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at where this type of board doesn't include even local drinks at meals.

Very nice hotel and staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Our room was one of the more basic ones (no private mini-pool) however it was still a good size and well fitted out. We stayed half-board and the dinners were buffet service which I'm not a big fan of however the standard was pretty good and the service was excellent. The pool-bar area is great and there was never any problem finding a lounger (nice big comfy double loungers they were too). As it was early in the season the pool was a bit cool for some which was great for us swimmers!

Myself and my boyfriend have just came back from a 10 night stay at King Minos and we had such a lovely and relaxing time and thought we would share our experience. Pros: Firstly, I’d just like to feedback on how amazing the staff were at the hotel, they are the most genuine and friendly people and they made us feel so welcome at the hotel, especially Vincent and George at the pool bar and the girls on the reception desk. Whilst we were waiting around for our transfer back to the airport, we noticed a few people being really rude and disrespectful to the staff on reception and I cannot comprehend how people think its acceptable to speak to ANYONE like this! The staff on reception handled these rude people really well and were professional as always. The hotel itself and the rooms are spotless, I honestly couldn’t fault anything. The rooms are lovely, modern and aesthetically pleasing. The air-con in our room was our best friend after a day in the sun! The housekeeping staff work so hard and we appreciate them so much. The location of the hotel is great, it’s just a short walk to the local bars and restaurants in Hersonissos. There is a mini supermarket at the bottom of the hill too, which was ideal for essentials (although that hill is a killer in the heat!) We really recommend visiting Cretan Blue where you can have dinner right by the sea, it was amazing! Although we would advise making a reservation via their website at least 3 days in advance if you would prefer to sit right by the sea, as it can get really busy! Cons: The biggest disappointment of this hotel is the food to be honest. We booked half board and to be honest, I really wish we had just gone for bed and breakfast. Although the hotel is amazing, the food weren’t so great. The breakfast became really repetitive and the hot food was always stone cold. Although we paid for half board, we only ate one evening meal at the hotel, and instead ate out for the rest of our hotel, which was a bit of a let down for a 5* hotel to be completely honest. If we were to return to this hotel, we would definitely only go for bed and breakfast, if that. We noticed that everyone was offered a welcome drink upon arrival however we didn’t seem to have received this upon check in, but we put this down to us arriving to the hotel late at night which is understandable, however it would have been a nice touch for us. The entertainment at the hotel isn’t the greatest, and to be honest I expected a bit more entertainment for a 5* hotel, so we pretty much went out for food and drinks every night.

My wife and I had a relaxing massage with Chara and Christopher—such a great experience from start to finish. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely book with them again! It was our first massage experience and we decided to do it as we are celebrating our honeymoon, and it has certainly been a highlight of our trip so far and will definitely make the trip special and memorable.

Dina was fantastic I enjoyed my massage for back and legs. Beauty spa and atmosphere Everyone is friendly. The interior is beautiful. I would recommend it to my friends. The hotel is also very pleasant. Every one is friendly and ready to find a suitable solution for you.
