The room was exactly what I needed. The kitchen was nice to have, but required an additional request from the staff for utensils and cooking gear. I think it would have been more convenient to have that material readily available.

My family did not get to check in. They arrived at the property after 2300hrs and had to follow instructions of press "0" from the call box. No one answered after serval attempts (we have pictures to prove no one was at the desk, she took them from outside thru the window) so she returned back to the car due to her having 2 kids in the vehicle and called me. I then called the front desk after ring over 10 times a gentleman answered with a attitude and automatically said what where are you at and started to be real aggressive to me for no reason. Even after the gentleman eventually stopped arguing for no reason about where you at, you made me.come outside and no one's here i stated that listen sir i not even trying to argue with you i just my family to be able to check in, he began to get extremely annoyed and aggressive again. My family doesn't feel safe being thiug it will be 4 females to include 2 small girls by their self due to his attitude and aggression over the phone with me and all i did was call and say hello sir my family is trying to check in and there no one answering and/or there and like i stated henwent off on me. I would like a refund and i also purchased insurance

We got a no smoking room, however the room was permeated with smoke. The lament flooring obviously hadn’t been mopped in a while. My pets were leaving black foot prints on everything.

The property isn't aesthetically beautiful or anything, but it's clean and safe. The staff was friendly. It is definitely no-frills. If all you need is a clean bed and shower, then it's fine. I was surprised/disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There wasn't anything in the room. No cups, plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc. There was a fridge, a stove/oven, and a microwave, but nothing else. I was only there for 1 night so I didn't need anything, but this is an "extended stay" hotel. I don't know if maybe you were staying longer you have to ask for those items? I also saw on the ******* site and on the hotel's website that the hotel offers free breakfast, which it did not.

The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke all my items now smell. Definitely not a non-smoking hotel as advertised, there were people smoking everywhere. Could use a serious clean and update. Sheets were threadbare and heater only ran on high speed. Staff were friendly but very hard to locate. Was waken up every night by loud yelling and frighting. Recommend paying extra to stay elsewhere.

THE MOST DISGUTING HOTEL ROOM IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! Lots of shady characters roaming around, I cleaned that room for over 2 hours. On 2nd day, I saw a roach and I was OUT!!!

Office staff members are great. Noora & Kumar are super understanding and were very helpful. Dont mind staying again.

Room was dirty. Floors were sticky. Water pressure in the shower was abismal. Look somewhere else and pay the extra $20 for something nicer.

All rooms smell like cigarettes. Everything you own will stink after a stay here
