"It’s a gorgeous stay at a really beautiful location. We stayed here during Easter weekend and perhaps that’s why the hosts were busier than expected. 1) The location was clear to an extent (we got a google maps link) however, it would have been nice to have received a how to get there guide by public transport. We wanted to arrive by bus but because it was Easter (bank holiday) buses had a different timetable to the one given on google maps. Thus we had to get an uber to the place. 2) The communication was more difficult than expected, because it wasn’t possible to message the host here on trip.com and it was difficult to contact them by phone, and they were not receiving our emails either. It was lovely of the host to write us a letter when we finally met in person. 3) It was a little unclear whether we could walk in the property grounds without disturbing others or not. I understand that the spa are was private but we were confused who could walk by the lake and where we were allowed to go."
