"부활절 동안 6박을 묵었습니다. 도착은 최고는 아니었습니다. 오후 3시 체크인 시간에 맞춰 객실이 준비되지 않아 바에 앉아 기다려야 했습니다. 불편을 끼쳐드려도 무료 음료 제공도 없었습니다. 30분 후에야 객실이 준비되었습니다. 그런데 에어컨이 있다고 광고했지만 실제로는 에어컨이 없었습니다. 방은 더웠지만 리셉션에서 선풍기를 제공해 주었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 특히 리셉션의 헬렌 씨가 선풍기를 수리해 주었습니다. 객실은 오래되어서 IHG 기준에 맞추려면 리모델링이 시급했습니다. 벽 페인트는 갈라져 있었고, 사람들이 캐리어 등으로 부딪힌 흔적이 벽에 남아 있었습니다. 그래도 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 조식은 HI Express 호텔에서 먹어본 것 중 최고였습니다. 아무리 붐빌 때라도 음식은 항상 채워져 있었습니다. 음식 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 런던으로 가는 기차를 이용하기 정말 편리한 위치입니다. 역이 길 건너편에 있고 유스턴까지는 차로 25분 거리입니다. 호텔이 드디어 리모델링되면 훌륭한 HI 익스프레스 호텔이 될 것입니다."

"내가 필요로하는 것에 대한 좋은 위치, 창문을 열고 잠을 자지 만 도로가 가까이있는 경우 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 복도에서 문이 쾅 닫히는 소리도들을 수 있습니다. 공간은 깨끗하고 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다."

"Anna was really warm and welcoming. She was friendly and efficient at checking us in. The room was ready on time and very clean. I would highly recommend. Anna remembered us the next morning despite dealing with a minor emergency and again was warm and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Anna for really making a difference!"

"KD Tower. Hemel Hempstead Our host Martin went above and beyond to find us an apartment with a balcony and a lovely view, king size bed was great. It is an interesting new town with the old town a bit further on. Lots of buses within 5 minutes walk. There are good cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The old English pubs are fabulous. Lots of interesting other towns and National trust sites within 40 minutes drive. We would most definitely stay there again."

"I will definitely stay again. The staff and owners were so friendly and polite. I am afraid there is no cooked breakfast there but the fruit salad is epic 😋. Muffins and croissants are lovely too. We went to Warner Bros Harry potter studios. It is a short walk to the station and we had 1 stop to Watford junction. And boom! they have a complementary bus to the studios. Easy Now the hotel don't do dining so it is best to eat out then go back. Very nicely decorated Room and very comfortable bed. I feel, gor me it was great value for money. And I like to support the small businesses. That way I think you get more of a personal service. I would recommend but you have to be organised for refreshments and snacks."
