'A very chilling environment and decoration . Friendly, passionate and professional staff. Bikes borrowing and even a microwave for long stay customers. A close by tram station makes trips to anywhere very easy. Just almost perfect.'

'As it was a cheaper place than average price in Melbourne, I probably should not expect too much but I was surprised they charged a deposit of $100 in advance (normally just hold it) and they said refund it in few days after checking out if nothing is damaged. There is some construction problem that the shower drainage not located right underneath/near the shower head but it closer to the sink and toilet area. Therefore water flooded out towards the toilet which was more than be able to be absorbed with a bath mat towel. I wanted to move shower head face towards the wall but it was wobbly and I didn’t want to touch it in case it may break and be charged a security deposit. This shower and toilet is right next to the bed and there is the frame about 5cm height in between the shower room and the floor of the room to stop the shower water running out towards the room. I hit my toes and almost tipped over several times towards the sink right in front of the door opening. It is very dangerous construction I think.'
