"The hotel left a very pleasant impression: huge, cozy rooms filled with birdsong every morning. Helpful staff who booked all the safaris for us at a very reasonable price. The location is a five-minute walk from the main entrance. The only downsides I'd mention are the restaurants. Both are expensive and not very tasty, and the breakfasts are meager. However, the room service food was delicious and cheaper than in the restaurant; I recommend using this option for dinner."

"우리는 Kaziranga Assam의 Habitats Rhino by Nature Hunt에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다(24년 12월 16일~17일). 호텔에서 제공하는 서비스는 형편없었고 기대 이하였습니다. 1. 체크인을 했을 때 벨보이가 없었습니다. 우리는 가방을 들고 다녀야 했습니다. 2. 객실 히터가 제공되지 않았습니다. 이유는 "Voltage nahi hai room heat chalane ke liye"였습니다. 3. 우리는 오두막을 빌렸고 오두막 입구인 베란다에 불이 들어오지 않았습니다. 우리가 불평을 한 후에 수리했습니다. 4. 오두막에는 인터콤 시설이 없었습니다. 5. 객실 문 걸쇠가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 그래서 오두막을 안에서 제대로 잠글 수 없었습니다. 6. 객실에 전기 주전자가 제공되지 않았습니다. 우리가 불평을 했을 때 주전자를 제공했습니다. 7. 아침 식사는 뷔페가 아니었습니다. 그래서 빵이나 푸리를 추가로 주문하면 추가 요금을 부과합니다. 8. 호텔 체크아웃 시간은 오전 11시입니다. 1시간 연장을 요청했을 때 그들은 거부했습니다. 호텔 직원은 훈련을 받지 않았습니다. 직원들은 고객 친절하지 않습니다. 호텔의 환대와 고객 서비스가 형편없습니다."

"What a lovely experience at this property. We stayed here for a staycation on weekends and it was a perfect choice we made. From the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff were brilliant and always ready to help with smile. The hotel itself is so beautifully build, the room were so spacious and it has a lovely balcony to enjoy the view outside. Ample space for my kids to play around. My kids really loved the hotel. A must visit place in Kaziranga. Very safe for family."

"Very clean and quiet place where you can enjoy the silence, birdsongs, sounds of wildlife and stargazing. the hotel is separated from the main road by the tea plantation so no noise or dust) the way to the main road is not ideal, but perceived as one more adventure) Absolutely new and fresh hotel, surprising how clean it is. The bathrooms, water heaters, clean windows, cozy sitting area near reception - everything is great! The hotel area is well-groomed, there is even a swing and place to gather around the fire. the staff is unobtrusive, but helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied; in three days we never looked for alternative options for dinner."

"This hotel is excellent. The staff, food, proximity to entry of Kaziranga central zone is very good. We reached around 12 and ordered for lunch. They quickly made food for 9 of us and very good food like home made. Not much spices. Dinner was also good. Breakfast was nice and hotel had a lawn, the kids can enjoy the lawn. Altogether the stay is memorable and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
