Thanks to Jan and Mark for fantastic service, they were so helpful and attentive. The room was well equipped and the breakfast delicious and plentiful. They accommodated me as a vegan and disabled person. Communication prior to stay was great.

You could not wish for a better place to stay. Mark and Jan were the perfect hosts. Lovely room and a wonderful breakfast. We made a late two night stay and will return again when we next travel up that way. 10 out of 10 Finally with parking included added that extra peace of mind

The moment you enter Arden House you are warmly greeted by Jen and Mark who will care for you with such warmth and attention you will feel like members of the family come for a visit From a magnificent breakfast to the crisp white linens in your room, Mark and Jen have managed every detail . Our room (#2) had a huge bay window that looked out on a magnificent Japanese maple turning from red to gold and a quiet street lined with magnificent Victorian era homes built of burnished yellow stones. Lush gardens everywhere. Each room has a private bath and is furnished with some lovely antique pieces. A lovelier, cozier place I never found in all my years of travel

A fabulous place to stay. Delicious breakfasts (the best ever), comfortable beds, excellent central location - but a quiet street. Hosts could not be more welcoming or helpful...even sorting a problem I had with my car. Oh yes, and I even managed to purchase 3 dragons and two jars of home made preserves from Arden House to take home with me!

Wonderful B&B there's nothing remotely corporate about this hotel. Twin rooms are a little tight but clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay Breakfasts are spectacular excellent selection on the cold buffet and the cooked breakfast is superb particularly the omelette

The hosts mark and Jan where so welcoming and informative about the lovely town of Harrogate. The room and bed where so comfortable and had great night's sleep plenty of tea coffee etc on hospitality tray in the room.the breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choice cooked to perfection and Jan's homemade jam and marmalade was delicious which you can purchase I bought 2 jars of it .I recommend a vist to this wonderfull bed and breakfast in a lovely victorian house good on street parking and you must visit bettys tea rooms in the town centre which is a 10 minute walk from arden house .me and my wife will be returning later in the year with friends to stay for another visit once again a massive thank you to great hosts Mark and Jan look forward to seeing you again xx
