Second time staying here as a big group and second time we were promised that all rooms would be ready as we arrived late, this happened last time so was not a one off. I felt sorry for the poor lad on the desk as two mini bus load of people arrived and room check in keys were not prepared when we were told they would be! It was late in the day and some people had to wait nearly an hour before they had their rooms and everything was paid up front. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, easy check out.

The room was very clean easy access to the restaurant down stairs plus you could go play or hang out on the lawn of the majestic great car parking lots of space The restaurant food was very tasty quick check in and out. The only thing that needs to be done is the improvement of staff training because when we went there toaster malfunctioned and started a fire In itself other than that great trip

Hotel is a shambles. Non existent cleaning in room, disgusting stains and dirt everywhere. Had to make the children’s beds myself as they were so short staffed. Gave us 1 towel between 4!! Key constantly didn’t work. Gave up waiting for my 5 year olds dinner after 2 hours waiting, he went to bed hungry. Reduced me to tears. Staff do not care. Avoid this place, dreadful experience all round.

Great location and room wise what you now come to expect from Premier Inn , but let down by ineffective staff during breakfast and dismissive ones late evening when dealing with vending issues (and honestly not drunk lol)

The hotel was perfect, clean warm, staff very friendly and helpful the carpark is under the hotel, easy access, the hotel is about 10 minutes stroll to the centre of Harrogate, perfect, great bars , restaurants even closer.. our second visit. We shall be staying again soon

Took 20 minutes to check in, one chap with a laptop doing the work while other staff loitered around. Sink plug jammed in, while bath plug struggles to keep water in. Key card only operates the lights when it feels like it. Bacon at breakfast so overcooked it's like eating plastic. Coffee machine broken... Need I say more!

Not safe, security doors to the stairs were not operable. A door got stuck and a colleague got trapped within their room, after 20 minutes of calling the hotel from their mobile finally got help to get out. There was no phone in the bedroom to speak to a member of staff. Not very clean, food was flavorless. Very outdated nothing worked
