From the front porch swing to the fully stocked beautiful kitchen to the large private deck and hot tub, the large glassed shower and double bathroom sinks, as well as two fireplaces, this villa is sure to meet all expectations! The One and Only Bedroom- The Master- is appointed with a beautiful king bed with tufted headboard, a new comfortable mattress, beautiful nightstands, and reading lamps. Outlets for chargers are situated close by- we know this is important. There is a ceiling fan, bench, full-length mirror, gas log fireplace, TV with apps and wifi, as well as closet and stacked washer dryer! It is a beautiful "mountain air blue" with lots of natural light and plantation shutters. Just gorgeous!The Bathroom has a large "get ready" space with a double sink vanity. There is an oversized wall mirror and lots of drawers and counter space for your items. (Perfect for a bridal makeup area) Lots of natural light as well! The large subway-tiled shower has a glass door and a built-in seat/bench. The shower/toilet area is separate from the vanity area making it very ideal for couples.The Living space is such the cutest part of the villa! In hues of greens and neutrals, we love the coziness of this space, furniture, and fireplace. It makes for a "grand entrance" in a small space!The Kitchen. Ohhh the kitchen! This kitchen is immaculate! Very trendy yet appropriate for the updated look of this villa. The very large island with seating was preferred over table space. It is perfect for food prep, displaying meals, or conversing with drinks. And this kitchen should have anything you would possibly need! The woodland green matte finish backsplash tile is a favorite detail!The Back Deck off the kitchen is grand! It is oversized with a hot tub that overlooks the private wooded back area. It also has the perfect lounging space with beautiful outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee and drinks outside.Property amenities include fishing, paddle boarding, peddle boating, kayaking, and canoeing! Use the grand field for games and family fun and sit by the large firepit in the evenings. The villa is one bedroom but has a full-size kitchen and a large deck for entertaining a few day guests. Rosemary Cottage is the best kept secret because you are in the heart of Hamilton which is a small town that is 5 miles to Callaway Gardens. This 1901 house has updated heat, air conditioning, and hot water.This home is 2,700 square feet and our families love all the room. Rosemary Cottage is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Hamilton, Ga. We also have the Man O' War trail directly in front of the home. This is an 18 mile recreational trail that goes from Hamilton to Pine Mountain. We are 25 minutes from Ft. Moore and a great get away for Military families to enjoy their time off. Our guest have LOVED this location because they can get to Columbus , Pine Mountain, Lagrange, and Warm Springs because we are centrally located and just a 10 to 25 min drive to everything. About the home: Rosemary Cottage was built in 1901 in the heart of Hamilton Georgia.The home has been completely updated so you can enjoy the charm with modern comforts. This home sits on a half acre lot and you will feel like you are in a private oasis surrounded by magnolia trees and beautiful gardens. This 2,700 sq ft cottage is charming and the moment you walk in you will feel like you are back in the 1900's. My husband and I made sure each piece of furniture fit the time frame of the home. Rosemary Cottage is a ranch style home with 13 feet ceiling and large molding through out the home. This home has four bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We have a beautiful garden/sunroom where you will want to cuddle up and read a book. Our guest favorite area of the home has been the porches. They love to sip on their morning coffee and take in each of the three large southern porches. We want you to let Rosemarys home melt all the worry away and enjoy a relaxing vacation that feels like you have step back in time when life was simple. When you arrive you will be greeted with snacks, cold water, and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Our family used to visit Pine Mountain three time a year and we have tried many VRBOs in the area and we always had to bring the Keurig and several items to make the VRBO have the comforts of our home. We have gone above and be on to make sure you have almost everything that you need to feel nestled in and able to enjoy your trip. We have shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Our beds are brand new and have 2 layers of blanket to make sure that you can be commutable no matter what the season is. Each guest will get 2 pillows with chocolates on their beds when the arrive. The 2 queen rooms and king room come with robes. YES ROBES!!! (We want you to feel like you are at home.) If you like to cook we have a FULL stock kitchen for you. There is nothing worse then getting ready to cook in a VRBO that does not have what you need to cook with. We even have china, silver, and nice glasses to celebrate you finest celebrations.
