(There are always extra blankets & pillows readily available for your own perfect sleeping requirements)In addition to the two bedrooms, there’s a modern leather couch in the main living area that makes into a surprisingly comfortable queen bed, and…we have……… a LOFT! ;) 🛟This home is Roomy, spacious and VERY comfortable. The Huge eat in kitchen is awesome for cooking and entertaining, and the big gas BBQ right outside- is ready for your fresh catch! Personality and whimsey are everywhere! A spectacular show that lights up in the “walls of windows”…Natural light floods throughout the entire home (and showcases some really awesome modern Art and Local craftsmanship!) Most of what you see here are one-of-a-kind pieces, designed and placed exclusively for your enjoyment :)🛟A stones throw from all the “Sea” action- Seals, Seagulls, and Sea Lions. You’ll hear Fog horns, Sea sounds, and the light house bells in the distance- all 24/7. Again, a bit noisy during summer. 🛟Just about everything you’ll want is right here at the Port- within walking distance. Buy local caught fresh crab from the docks! Six Restaurants, ice cream & candy shops, and a small market- even a brand new Arcade…are all right across the street! 👠💝👕The very best shopping is right NEXT to you! Yes, pets are EXTRA. $100 per pet for the entire stay. Service pets are free. ⚠️Emotional support dogs are not service dogs. The Americans with Disabilities Act cites that emotional support dogs or animals DO NOT HAVE THE TRAINING to do specific tasks in assisting a person with disabilities or impairment, unlike service animals. Located in the Marina Harbor of Brookings, Oregon, this coastline home has simple luxury and wonderful views of the Marina and Pacific Ocean and easy access to ALL.The home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms on a Tri-Level layout. There are no adjoining walls on the bedrooms, so makes for quiet surroundings. On the Main Level is a Library with Twin Beds, a full Bathroom, a Bedroom with Queen Bed and the entry into the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Up Stairs Level has the Master Bedroom with a full Bathroom and Bedroom with Queen Bed. The Downstairs Level has the Game Room with an additional Sleeper, a full Bathroom and a Bedroom with a Queen Bed. All the Bedding is new, with special attention payed to simple luxury and comfort.The Front Entry and the room with front facing window look into a beautiful tranquil yard and all the back facing windows (upper and lower) boasts the views of the Marina Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The Living Room has 17 foot high ceilings, ample seating for 10, a wood burning fireplace, luxury floor coverings, a 65" HD Television, Blueray DVD player, Cable and Wifi, and premium cable package. The Dining Room Table has ample seating for 8+ or more. The Kitchen has full equipment, has table settings for 12+ people, high-end cookware and utensils, and countertop appliances, like espresso machines and kitchenaid. The Game Room has a lot of classic gaming items, a stereo, television, cable and full house wifi.The Marina and Beach access are located less than 1/4 mile away and just a a short drive by car, scooter or bicycle (5 minutes). The home is also located at the mouth of the Chetco River and has a great micro-climate. This area is the Wild Rivers Coast line with the Klamath, Smith, Winchuck, Chetco, and Pistol Rivers, all converging into the Pacific within a 40 mile stretch. Outdoor activities are plentiful, from Hiking, Fishing, Crabbing, Kayaking, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Biking, Camping and also Hunting. Our beautiful home sits on a cliff 80 feet above the shoreline. At low tide there are many rocks and a large beach. But even at high tide Pelican Rock stands above the water. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but it is only 9 tenths of a mile to Sport Heaven Beach, about a 20 minute walk or a short drive. Sport Heaven Beach has miles of sandy beach and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. The house is 4 miles from the center of Brookings and 1 mile to the Harbor.  At the harbor there are great restaurants,  fishing charters and a great boardwalk overlooking the boats.Come and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. We have lived in Brookings for three years now and love it year round.  We live in our home just 4 miles away with our three small dogs. We hope to see you soon.Please no trailers. Our driveway does not allow for turning around a trailer.There is a video camera above the garage door that monitors the driveway.
