The Portage Centre is a fully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath luxury home. The guest area consists of the entire 1750 sf main floor while the basement was retained by the owner for storage, caretaker apartment and is inaccessible to guests. While staying at The Portage Centre, guests do not share spaces or amenities with anyone else. The property is located along Hancock Street (US41) and is in the middle of everything. If you are a light sleeper there is a chance the traffic noise could wake you in the front bedroom. The Master bedroom is located in the rear of the building and traffic will not affect most sleepers. A side entrance conveniently opens to the laundry room and bathroom with shower. Upstairs has three bedrooms. Two have Queen size beds and one has trundle beds that could be pushed together for a short King. Each bed has a memory foam topper, plush pillows and either a Smart TV or a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick attached.
