Walkable to all Hampton Beach attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues & fireworks! Living room has a Futon which can sleep 2. Also has pull out chair bed which can sleep 1 child. There is queen size bed in the bedroom. Beach day Property was clean, great communication with Shawn, and great location right across the street from the beach. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

I love that it was so close to the beach. It was a little noisy with the traffic going right by, but otherwise it was a GREAT location. Fireworks display at 8:30 pm when I was there and a 5k that went by the next morning! The seafood fest was going on. Just make sure you bring shampoo and soap.

Great for a little get away! The space had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! Its proximity to the beach was perfect walking distance for my younger kids, the quiet end of the beach was a great spot for families as well.

Summer Stay We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was right across from the Beach. We loved waking up and being able to look at the Ocean. Great property!!!
