This newly renovated 2/2 SINGLE story townhouse is perfect for a quick getaway, business travel or extended stay. Fully renovated with comfort and style in mind. Property has a porch leading out to a walkway to connect to the Haile Village. Unit is attached to Vrbo 1901081 which is also available for rent!Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Queen sized Aero mattress available upon request to sleep up to 6 people total. Second bathroom has tub/shower combination. Kitchen features 8' island, custom cabinetry, new appliances. Designated laundry area with washer/dryer and folding area. Roku smart tv in living room and Roku smart tv in master bedroom. Haile Village offers local dining and shops and a great Farmer's Market that meets every Saturday morning. '호텔은 UF 캠퍼스와 축구 경기장에서 약 4마일 떨어져 있으며 새로 개발된 상점/레크리에이션/비즈니스 지역에서 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 주차 구조의 무료 주차, 쾌적하고 빠른 체크인 및 체크아웃. 우리 방은 멋지게 현대적으로 장식되어 깨끗하고 냄새가 없었습니다. 침대 시트는 신선하고 편안했습니다. 우리는 아침에 샤워를 위해 따뜻한 물이 없었고 늦은 저녁은 문제가되지 않았습니다. 에어컨이 꽤 시끄럽고 에어컨 통풍구 바로 옆에 자고있는 사람이 에어컨을 때마다 깨어났습니다. 나쁜 디자인. 우리는 돌아올 것입니다. 특정 방의 에어컨 위치를 확인해야합니다.'

'매우 깨끗하고 현대적인 호텔. 흰색 대리석 타일 바닥과 현대적인 클린 룸을 좋아하십시오. 그러나 아침 식사는 나쁘고 선택의 여지가 거의 없으며 한 명의 직원 만 있습니다! 그래서 음식이 남아서 항상 보충했는데 무언가를 리필하기 위해 한 시간 정도 기다려야했습니다! 너무 나쁜 아침 식사 경험이었습니다! 그들은 음식이 떨어질 수 없게해서는 안됩니다! ! !'

'My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was in fact, the entire facility inside was comfortable looking. we like the composite floors that were in the bedroom and bathroom and how modern things were. Even the TV had many channels which were acceptable viewing for that evening.
We have stayed at Fairfield Inn in the past because of the quality standard and cleanliness of their facilities but I feel this was right up there with their operation.
Even the complementary breakfast food quality was a pleasant surprise.
Keep it up my wife and I feel we have a new choice of hotel to stay at.'
