도무스 바트 갈림 호텔(Domus Bat Galim Hotel)

The staff was very helpful and nice. The accommodations were small but very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and it was a great base for us. The hotel is less than 100m from the beachfront so if you’re into watersports or beach going, the location is almost unbeatable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are some nice restaurants and bars close by, all well within walking distance.

Excellent accommodation. Hospitality. Very good breakfast. Cleaning lots of towels and beach towels changed daily. Popular beach very close. Close to area attractions. Close to the Train Station.

Alaa and Auren were amazing! They allowed to check in early, as we had come off a cruise ship. They were really compassionate as my mother in law is in a wheelchair and they made sure she had a first level room. The gentleman in the afternoon, I think his name was “Yacov?” He was also super sweet and did what he could to help my daughter with a bowl of cereal for dinner!!! We had to check out at 3:30am and Sarah was super helpful making my family a small bag of goodies for the road back to Tel Aviv. I also appreciated the cleanliness and great supermarket and restaurants close by. The beach is literally a few steps away!!!

The hotel was amazing, clean, confortable and spacious. But the most amazing is the staff, we forgot an I pad when we left, they informed us about it and Sara from the reception brought it to us in Jerusalem !!! Thank you again !!!

A one minute walk to the Mediteranian

Just wonderful!

1) Staff improvvisato senza alcuna professionalità e in grado di fornire indicazioni 2) Assenza di una hall interna. Per i clienti, soprattutto famiglie con bambini, solo uno spazio esterno 3) Bagno minuscolo in una stanza piccola (ed era una delux) 4) E arriviamo al punto forte dell'ospitalità: la colazione definita "a buffet". Una roba che é meglio dimenticare con cibo di scarsa qualità, oltre all'assenza di succhi, di un tostapane e di un caffè bevibile. Il cliente poi è invitato anche a buttare gli avanzi e a riporre le stoviglie in un apposito spazio. Siamo molto lontano dagli standard minimi che una struttura dovrebbe offrire e ancora di più da quella che si chiama "attenzione al cliente".
