Hotel is very new reception service guest relations are excellent room is clean and tidy car parking area is vast but just one cons is to you have to take a taxi to go to city centre and it costs 25 euro, buses are not regular I waited half an hour but I failed to catch.

인테리어가 매우 독특한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 기차역 근처에 위치해 있음에도 불구하고 아늑하고 조용했습니다. 처음에는 방이 좀 추웠지만 난방을 조절해달라고 요청하니 저녁쯤에는 따뜻했습니다. 매트리스도 편안했습니다. 아침 식사도 따뜻한 음식이 제공되어 좋았습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

객실 시설은 꽤 낡았는데, 특히 욕실이 그랬습니다. 벽에는 물 얼룩이 있었고, 문틀 아랫부분은 금이 가 있었는데도 수리가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 시내 중심가에서 차로 30분 정도 걸리는 다소 먼 곳이라, 점심시간에 시내 관광을 계획한다면 최적의 장소는 아닙니다. 조식은 매우 푸짐했고, 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 책임감 있게 응대해 주었습니다.

호텔은 4성급 호텔다운 멋진 인테리어를 자랑합니다. 조식은 정말 맛있었어요. 제가 묵어본 많은 이탈리아 호텔 중에서 삶은 계란, 스크램블 에그, 프라이 등 여러 가지 방식으로 조리된 계란 요리를 제공하는 곳은 여기가 유일했습니다. 옥상 테라스와 수영장도 있었지만, 저는 이용하지 않았습니다. 객실과 욕실의 차이가 꽤 컸습니다. 손비누는 없고 고체 비누만 있었고, 샴푸와 샤워젤은 작은 튜브형 용기에 담겨 있었습니다. 게다가 다른 객실들과 달리 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어 있지 않아서 좀 의아했습니다.

Good location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

기차역 근처의 아름다운 위치에있는 좋은 호텔. 아침 식사는 매우 즐거웠습니다. 맛있고 영양가 있고 저녁까지 충분합니다 :) 방은 3 박 동안 가져갔습니다. 방은 따뜻하고 깨끗했으며 발코니로가는 출구가있었습니다. 우리가 매일 아침 일광욕을하는 것보다 :) 일반적으로 호텔의 인상은 가장 긍정적이었습니다!

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is quite exceeding our expectations. Food quality is good and price reasonable.

The hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather… On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars. The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.
