We checked into the Best Western Lamplighter on Christmas Eve expecting the full experience the hotel is known for. Unfortunately, we found the restaurant completely closed. More surprisingly, there was no service at the poolside—no snacks, drinks, or even background music to create a holiday atmosphere. While the hotel itself is a nice facility, the lack of amenities during a peak holiday stay was a major letdown. If you’re booking for a holiday, be aware that 'full service' may not be available.

호텔 객실은 최근에 개조되었으며 크기는 아이가 있는 가족에게 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사가 가격에 포함되어 있어 큰 가치가 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 내 방이 거리를 향하고 있어서 프론트 데스크에서 거리가 일반적으로 밤에 조용하다고 언급했지만 내가 기대했던 것만큼 조용하지 않았다는 것입니다.

這次選擇住在倫敦市中心萬豪酒店（Residence Inn by Marriott London） ，主要是因為家庭帶娃出遊。 這家公寓式的酒店很舒服。房間很大，一室一廳一廚一衞，給你“家的感覺”。特別是廚房，鍋碗瓢盆用品齊全。套房有一張超大雙人床+一張沙發床，軟硬適中，很贊！ 這家酒店設施齊全。餐廳, 商店，洗衣房等均有配備，還設有室內泳地，健身房等休閑設施，非常方便。 倫敦市中心萬豪酒店位於Downtown，地理位置非常好。酒店距離百威花園體育館（Budweiser Gardens），有考文特市場（Covent Garden Market），維多利亞公園（Via Train Station）等景點和購物場所都衹有十幾分鐘的步行路程，距離倫敦火車站（Via Train Station）也衹有10分鐘的步行路程。

모든 것이 잘되었습니다. 훌륭한 가치, 방은 좋았고 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 넓은 주차장과 많은 상점과 레스토랑과 가깝습니다. 강력 추천.

나는이 호텔을 선호합니다. 근처에 다양한 식사, 피자 헛, 카페, 작은 쇼핑 아울렛이 있습니다. 나는 런던의 3 개의 호텔에 머물렀고, 내가 좋아하는 호텔에 머물렀다. 같은 날 바에는 직원의 생일이 있었고 아이스크림 케이크도 나눠주었습니다. 매우 행복한 호텔

I would book this hotel again in a HEARTBEAT! Couldn't beat the location, staff were wonderful, rooms were super spacious and exceeded our expectations!!

공간이 넓고, 서양 학생들을 위한 숙소가 있다는 점이 마음에 들어요. 방도 넓고 침대도 편안해요. 꼭 다시 올 거예요.

나는 방이 매우 냄새나고 축축하다는 것을 알았습니다. 화장실이 잘 내리지 않았습니다. 시트는 깨끗했습니다! 내 방 밖의 건설 소음은 오전 7시에 엄청나게 시끄러웠습니다!

The hotel was helpful. We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification. But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money. I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know. When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge. Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip. I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.
