"Overall, the property is nice. There is one front desk employee who is rude and needs better training. When I asked about laundry service, she told me to google it. It was Gustrow, people do their own laundry here. Everyone in the restaurant was extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"We traveled to the area for the "Toughest in the North" duathlon and found the hotel to be very good accommodation. A positive point: there was an electric car charging station in the courtyard."

"Positive: large rooms. Fairly clean. Beautiful lake and forest. Nice little museum near by. Wildpark-MV nearby was good. Negative: No English speaking staff. Rude receptionists. No common rooms. Just the restaurant where you had to buy something to sit. Mediocre food. Nothing to do. Boring town 10 min away."
