Just WOW!! this place is beyond expectations and like a dream. Super clean, food tastes heavenly and desserts tasted you never tasted anything like it. I’m already missing my time spent here. Could not fault it. Peaceful, if you want a romantic time, i went with my sister for some me time and totally loved it. Thank you for making our time memorable❤️

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

September at Mirada Exclusive Bodrum was pure magic! The weather was perfect for lazy days by the pool and romantic evenings overlooking the Aegean Sea. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and the resort's attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We'll cherish the memories made during our September escape at Mirada Exclusive Bodrum forever.

We loved this hotel, it’s beautiful and the photos don’t don’t do it justice. Nor do the influencers who were staying there while we were there. The Jetty is amazing and this hotels USP. Without the jetty the hotel is a nice but standard hotel with stunning views. The blue VIP area with cushions on the loungers requires a fee per person per day which was expensive and not value for money so we didn’t bother. We described the jetty area as being more Ibiza than Ibiza! It’s a real urban trendy vibe with loud music, DJ etc. and everything is a bit over the top, which we loved but it’s not for everyone. The pool area was quiet and more family focused. I don’t think the hotel has quite decided who its market is. The jetty is Uber trendy and some of the evening entertainment was very adult focused but there are lots of families here and it has a kids club. I’m not sure if it’s trying to attract young singles to party or if it wants families… the two don’t generally mix and that was evident when the families were leaving the (adult) evening entertainment early and staying away from the jetty area. Issues… Rooms not sound proof, we were woken every night by banging from people upstairs. Power cuts every night we were there, sometimes in middle of the night which set alarms off and turned off air con etc. Paint in floor of shower and few doors in toilets not quite finished. Big tipping culture, you get better service the more you tip. Which is unfortunate in a 5* all inclusive. We ran out of cash towards the end and we got dirty looks and spoken about in Turkish. A true 5* hotel this would never happen or be expected. There is no waiter service by the pool. Language was a bit of an issue but that’s because we were British, all staff seemed to speak fluent Russian. It was hard to order drinks etc but we usually found someone who could speak enough English to order what we needed it just took us a lot longer than the Russians who were there. Could be better…. Service could be more joined up. Each dept worked in silo’s and sometimes it felt like an effort to get what you needed. For example. Our mini bar was full but the tea box in the room looked well worn and was empty. I asked twice for it to be filled so I could have a cup of tea but nothing ever materialised. When we were checking out reception were not in touch and we weren’t asked if we needed a Porter. We ended up taking our luggage down ourselves as the cleaner kept knocking on the door to get in. All small issues but I’ve experienced better joined up service in other 5* hotels. Impressed by… Security into and around the resort. Fruit/snacks delivered to jetty beds Range of food was good but similar each night. Could do with having themed nights. Extremely quick at clearing dirty plates/glasses away. Beautiful hotel with big, cozy and clean rooms, with amazing view! Perfect beach with very clean water and soft fine sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially manager, who was always there for every our special request with a smile. Guys who are working at the beach are very nice and kind with wide smile as well and of course Samet who was very kind and help us a lot. Perfect place to stay and only enjoy.

I don't usually give 5 star reviews but I had a wonderful stay at this resort and they earned it. Every single employee interaction was nothing short of delightful : Ekram, Nazli and Savas were exceptional standouts. The food was wonderful, and they had great entertainment every night. I genuinely feel that the hotel really just went above and beyond to create the best possible customer experience in any way that they could. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to be back someday!

The sea was amazing! So clear with many fish, i felt like i am swimming in the pool! The deck was new and nicely done. I had so much fun jumping over and over again from the deck. There is also a sandy part for kids to play. The food was open buffet and they were delicious. We fell in love with the kids club experience. Nevzat and Yagmur were so kind. kids disco and the kid activities were so fun! We had a blast at mini disco. We are coming this year as well. As the disadvanteges we had to change our room once as there was a problem with the bathroom.

We have stayed af Mirada exclusieve for 5 days, pre-Booking the hotel i have personally traveled to Bodrum in order to search for a hotel for me and my family to stay at and enjoy a nice vacation, many of the 5 star hotels i went to check out were no where near the standards of a 5 star hotel. Majority of the advertisements and pictures are prepared to give off a perfect hotel all inclusive feeling. However when you go and have a look at those places physically you come to the realization on how false and untrue the advertisements are. Most of these hotels are asking outrageous prices for the quality they offer. Just when i thought it was going to be impossible to find a good place to spend the holidays, i came across the advertisements of mirada exclusive. When i called i got in contact with Ms. Altin from the reception, i told her i wasn’t quite sure on if i was going to like their hotel and asked if i could come and see it, she very kindly said yes and invited me to come and have a look right away. . From the first day i arrived to look to the booking and the holiday period she has always been very kind, friendly and helpful. Never hesitating to help and always open to help us improve our experience. Not only Ms. Altin was the friendly helpful person but all of the staff at the hotel are very friendly and kind people who give their absolute upmost effort to give you the best holiday experience possible. The hotel is amazing with alot of activities and amazing food. Im glad Ms . Altin convinced me to come look at Mirada as from now on if me and my family were to go to bodrum Mirada exclusive would be the undoubtful choice. Great staff , very clean comfortable hotel, and all inclusive. no need to leave the hotel once cause you already have everything you could ask for here. I will surely recommend Mirada to all my friends who travel here.
