太讚了，是土耳其之行全程最滿意的酒店，非常推薦！ 酒店絕美，藍白色調配上三角梅，緊挨着愛琴海，很有氛圍。房間超大，陽台也很大，入住第一天房間裏就放了滿滿的歡迎水果甜品，還有一瓶紅酒，真的太有誠意了！ 早餐也超棒，餐廳在海邊，吃完直接去海灘曬太陽，幹毛巾、飲料隨時預備，浪漫度拉滿。 服務人員熱情友好，幫我們叫出租車，還幫忙和司機溝通，省了很多事。

We had a very nice experience overall in this resort, as a family with a toddler, and recomand it. Beach and views are great, rooms are very big, breakfast was rich and fresh, the client relations manager (Mr Serhat) and the beach staff, including buggy drivers, very professional and prompt. The only minus for us was the a la carte restaurant, where the quality of services and taste of dishes left a lot to be desired. Luckily, Bodrum Marina and downtown was easily accesibile from this resort, so we could have better choices by dining in town.

The most luxurious and comfiest place to stay with family and at your honeymoon. We loved the bed and bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Loved the hotel service. Loved the welcoming staff. Loved everything. Serhat, the manager, is the best and a great host.

Fabulous property away from crowded Bodrum. First impression of Lobby and staff is fantastic. I cannot say enough about the superb service offered by the Kaya Plazzo staff. Hotel is magnificent. My room was exceptional, beautifully decorated, lovely bed linens and comfortable mattress. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. Internet worked very well, no issues. AC was cold and worked properly. Guest Relations Manager was outstanding. He was always available to take care of any needs or request. Breakfast buffet is incredible. Selections and presentation is outstanding. Yusuf and Bilal, from teh breakfast server staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Yamut, the server on the beach was attentive and wanted to make me comfortable and provide exceptional service with food and drinks. I can highly recommend this property. This is definitately an outstanding 5 Star property.

The service at the hotel was excellent. Lovely clean rooms, great food and lovely staff. The beach was also beautiful, a bit pebbly though! A massive thanks to Serhat the guest relations manager, who was always so helpful. The hospitality from Bilal, Umut, and Mostafa made the experience memorable. If your looking for a relaxing place its perfect.

The hotel is perfect, rooms are spacious and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great, and the beach is beautiful I totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a a great time in Bodrum. We enjoyed everything and the service was really 5 stars

Excellent hotel with a clean environment and private beach. The spacious rooms feature climate control, and the delicious breakfasts offer a wide selection. The staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Water, coffee, and tea are replenished daily in the rooms. Requests for changes of bed linen and towels are easily accommodated, and daily cleaning is provided. We were delighted with the complimentary fruit stand.
