A comfortable hotel with friendly staff a short walk to the centre of this wonderful city. Nicely appointed and airy bedrooms, excellent continental breakfast and dinner and well stocked bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manager Luigi and his colleagues. Free parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.

ottimo tutto, all'accoglienza Alessia gentilissima e preparatissima che ti fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie e ti fa sentire a casa, la colazione ben fornita per ogni gusto, servita da Stefania e dallo staff che ti regala sorrisi per iniziare una giornata solare, in regia il simpatico e bravo Direttore pronto ad ascoltare i consigli degli ospiti per migliorare ancora di più. Ottimo in tutto, cordialità ed ospitalità sono di casa, Alessia alla reception veramente molto professionale dove cura si mette a disposizione del cliente dando consigli molto utili sulla struttura e sulla città, camere moderne e molto belle, pulite e spaziose dove non manca proprio nulla. Sala colazione curatissima, nei dettagli e nella qualità, Stefania molto cortese, disponibile e simpatica che illustra le bontà per partire bene la giornata con una fantastica colazione. Per 4 volte siamo stati in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati sempre splendidamente bene per quanto riguarda accoglienza, pulizia e servizio. Tutti gentilissimi, dal direttore Luigi alla simpaticissima Stefania. Resta il nostro riferimento per il futuro non solo per visitare Gubbio Fratelli di Torvis
