서비스: 서비스에 대해 불만을 제기하고 싶습니다. 목요일에 체크인했을 때 웨이터는 여전히 매우 열정적이었고 열정적으로 우리를 맞이하고 문제 해결을 열정적으로 도왔으며 호텔 티켓 할인 및 다양한 시설을 친절하게 소개했습니다. 원래는 5점을 줄 계획이었습니다. 하지만! 다음날! 호텔에서 제공하는 무료 웰컴 드링크를 받았을 때! 서비스 직원의 태도는 매우 형식적이었고 전혀 열정적이지 않았습니다. 저녁을 먹을 수 있는 레스토랑이 있는지 프런트에 물어보니 톤도 좋지 않았습니다! 너 피곤하니? 아직도 문제가 있나요? 두 번의 연속된 의사소통은 첫날만큼 좋지 않았고, 스위스에 대한 인상도 크게 줄어들었습니다. 시설: 말할 것도 없이, 인터넷 유명 호텔에는 두 개의 브러시가 있습니다. 작은 워터바의 맥주는 맛있습니다. 침대는 작지만 잘 잤어요. 커피 머신은 있지만 주전자는 없지만 다행히 커피 머신은 물을 데워 마실 수도 있습니다. 위생 : 깨끗합니다. 환경 : 눈 덮인 산기슭의 풍경은 그림처럼 아름답고 포토 제닉하며 좋은 곳입니다.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, lors d’un petit séjour au ski. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec ma femme et mes deux filles ados, la chambre est suffisamment grande et la salle de bain spacieuses également, La jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et a fait l’effort de parler français. Petit déjeuner très bien, il y a également un parking sous terrain a 15€ la nuit, le denier jour nous avons pu y laisser la voiture jusqu’à 15h00. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel et les navettes sont fréquentes et gratuites. Idéalement situé à proximité des pistes et des commerces, pas besoin de toucher la voiture durant le séjour. L’hôtel dispose également d’un locale à ski Merci pour l’accueil.

Our New Year’s Vacation stay at Hotel Belvedere was exceptional. The staff and Hauser’s were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were great as well as the faculties in the hotel. The kids enjoyed so much as there were always something to do. The playroom and pool area was their favorite.

This is probably one of the 3 best hotels we have stayed in our recent Europe trip, the 2nd hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. We stayed here for 2 nights. To begin with, there are 2 hotels under this group and they are located on the opposite of the road, one is Jungfrau Hotel and the other Jungfrau Lodge. The former, I believe is the main but older with vintage designed, kind of cottages whereas the one we were staying were more modern, like an apartment building. However, the main reception is at the former (including the restaurant where breakfast is served). On our side, no facilities and entering is by access card and there's a lift (but the other one had no lift). Our room (314) is compact but cosy with a balcony. It's clean too. Outside the balcony, we were exposed to mother's nature! The top snow mountains, greenery with cottage houses and villages were right in front of us! It's amazing and scenic! There are chairs and table here and imagine you can enjoy your wine with snacks while enjoying the beautiful scenery! The beds were comfortable and there's a bathtub in the toilet. The only thing was that the water was not hot enough. There's no aircon or kettle, but you can get the hot water from the reception, located at the main hotel opposite the road. The breakfast was decent and quite good and besides those food items on display, you can also order additional items like special latte or cappuccino, scrambled eggs with sausages etc. They were yummy and staff was friendly and polite. The room service was well done and things used were replenished and arranged neatly. It's a wonderful and great stay here and trust me, with the scenery, it's all worth it!

We booked 2 single rooms & stayed at Eiger Selfness Hotel in May23 for 3 nights: Rooms: It was a mixed bag... Both rooms were spacious, I liked the stone wall by the desk & liked the strong flushing toilet too. There were 2 USB plugs by the bed which was handy. However, the rooms were very stuffy if we didn't open the balcony door. Especially when we first walked inside or every time when we returned to our rooms in the evening, as there was no air ventilation inside. It was very hot & impossible to sleep on our first night as we weren't warned to leave the balcony doors opened. (There was no air con.) In the bathroom, there was also no extractor fan. The only way to let the smell or steam out of the bathroom was to open the window, which was also attached to the corridor where people walked pass. In addition, the sound proof in the rooms was quite poor too. I could hear people walking loudly upstairs, or every time when people opened the balcony doors, shutting the doors, people chatting on the pavement outside...etc. until every early morning. Mattress, pillows, also not comfy at all. I also didn't expect one of our rooms were located at the opened corridor. The rooms were at the back of the building, it's a bit of a walk from the front of the hotel. It's not what we expected as we didn't feel we stayed at the same hotel, the building at the back was not as grand as the front facing the high street, which was a bit disappointing too. Location: It's right in the middle of the village. i.e. approx 5-7 mins walk from both Grindelwald train station & First cablecar station, it'd take longer if you walking up with luggages from the train station. It's only a 5 mins walk to Coop as well but there was also another supermarket a minute away. The most famous Berry's restaurant in Grindelwald was also right at the hotel. 5 out of 5 in terms of location. Service: Staffs were friendly, they always came to chat to all customers during breakfast. During our stay, most of the staffs would say good morning or evening to us whenever we walked pass. What we liked the most was their generous refilled minibar, drinks & a bag of cracker were refilled each day. The only slight downside was the hotel didn't grant our requests (at the time of booking) to give us rooms on a higher floor as we were both light sleepers. Breakfast: For hot food section, they had sausages, eggs (scrambled, fired, omelette), bacon, different tasty fruit puddings. For cold food section, you'd find everything you'd expect to find for a good continental breakfast. I particularly loved their fruits yoghurt & different types of juice. We loved their breakfast afterall. Overall, I would recommend Eiger Selfness Hotel to anyone who visited Grindelwald during the colder months, as in the summer the rooms would be too hot to sleep. Next time if we come back, we'd pay a bit more to stay at one of the suites on the higher floor at the main building. Afterall, its location, service, breakfast, were

그린델발트 역보다도 기차 타기 편한 위치에 있는 역 바로 옆에 위치한 최고 위치의 호텔입니다! (소음은 전혀 들리지 않았습니다.) 여행 일정 중에 조식 먹다가 기차 시간에 맞게 밖으로 나가기만 하면 곧바로 기차를 탈 수 있습니다! 그린델발트의 예쁜 풍경으로 둘러 쌓여있습니다. 호텔 룸이 매우매우 청결합니다. 매일 청결하게 이용할 수 있도록 깨끗하게 청소해주십니다. 조식 뷔페는 간단한 가짓수인데 맛있습니다. 또한 주문하는 커피도 직접 만들어 주시고 매우 친절하십니다. 액티비티 등 궁금한 사항이 있으면 알려주십니다. 프린트도 부탁하면 가능합니다. 한가지 유일한 아쉬운점은 에어컨이 없는 점 입니다. 6월에 방문하였는데 매우 더운 날씨여서 덥게 느껴진것 말고 그 외에는 완벽합니다. 장점이 너무 많은 최고의 호텔 입니다. 추천합니다:)

We were hiking from Schynige platte til First, and had clearly underestimated the hike and perhaps overestimated our own ability. When we reached First, the gondola down to Grindelwald was closed (for anyone else, please note that they close it rather early (17:30-18:00-ish) considering how long a hike it is from Schynige Platte, and start as early as possible, since it takes quite some time to even reach Schynige Platte with the mountain train from Wilderswil). We called the hotel, to let them know, that we were coming but it would take some time, as we had to walk down from First on very sore legs. Steffie from the reception (sorry if this is not the correct spelling of your name) was incredible kind, and tried to help us as best as possible, and directed us to the hotel halfway down, where we could try to call for a taxi. We made it to the hotel, and as luck would have it, a taxi pulled in at the same time, as it was driving some people up to the hotel up there. If you should happen to end up in the same situation, try calling a taxi and see if they will go all the way up to First. It should be possible but will of course cost a bit to get them up there. The hike down to the hotel halfway down was quite steep, so hard on the knees. We were delighted to crawl into the taxi and get driven all the way to the hotel door. Here we met Steffie, who kindly offered to open up the spa area just for us, as it had closed before we were able to reach the hotel, and would not open until after we had to check out the next day. We were too tired at that point, and were in stead allowed to go in the spa the next day, despite having checked out at that point. We ordered some food from Steffie and got it sent up to our room, and enjoyed a meal, a nice bath and a comfortable bed. The next day, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast with champagne. Best of all was the employee cooking up omelets on order at the breakfast bar. We checked out. Stored our luggage at the hotel and went for a walk in town, before heading back to the hotel and enjoying the spa after it had opened. Steffie provided us with a key to the spa, and we were then lucky enough to be able to enjoy the spa all to ourselves. Definitely recommend using it when it opens up around noon if you have the opportunity. The infinity pool was just amazing in the sunlight and with the mountains in the background. Absolutely recommend this hotel, and a very big thank you to Steffie for the great service!

The pinnacle, quite literally, of our Swiss trip was in the beautiful alpine village of Grindelwald. The Konzett family runs their historic, charming boutique hotel in the heart of the village, convenient to everything including the train station. The hotel is a thoughtfully appointed, subtly luxurious hotel with super friendly and professional staff. This was the first European trip for our grandchildren, and the staff made certain it would be a trip of a lifetime for them. The Hotel Kreuz & Post was the perfect choice for both the adults and children. The staff is top drawer--professional, kind, extra accommodating and everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. Highest recommendation for an authentic stay in the Swiss Alps. Kudos to all the Konzetts and staff!

Very good stay in Grindelwald in this well located hotel . Price is high for this type of hotel, but this is Grindelwald. Our room was clean, large with a nice view on the Eiger. The bathroom was a bit small. Despite the fact that every room overlook the street, insulation was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant every night. The food was good but the menu needs to be extended. Same for the wine list. The parking lot is very small and access is difficult for a SUV for example. I recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money in a 4 stars one.
