With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of room for the whole party to relax, unwind, get ready for the day, or wind down for the night.The covered back porch is perfect for sitting and watching boats come and go in White Sound. Our private pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sunshine. With an open floor plan, you're able to cook, entertain, and enjoy everyone's company the entire time. We have all brand new stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with beautiful porcelain countertops, a large deep sink, and packed with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything we could think of one might need if preparing a meal there. The house is cooled with 4 mini-splits that can be adjusted to individual preferences per bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the main part of the house for easy access for laundering. We offer a 70" flat screen TV in the living room and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. We have Starlink for internet. At full capacity, it works great. All the teens/kids/and adults were satisfied with the internet speed. A whole house generator is located on the property to offset any power outages. The house is located in White Sound just around the corner from the Bluff House. It comes with a private dock slip with water and 30/50 amp power just down the hill from the house. Our family has been coming to Green Turtle Cay for 25 years; and we have rented many places on the island. Our home is comfortably located steps from the ocean and beach. Chelonia House is centrally located 5 minutes from the town of New Plymouth and 8 minutes from the Green Turtle Club, Bluff House and Brendis Drive shops. The house has large rooms, and can sleep 10 in beds .New Complete open kitchen and laundry rooms, 2.5 baths, Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, 60” flat screen TV internet and Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Outside is a covered front porch. Out back is an open 600 square foot secluded sun deck with a hot tub.
