"I’ve stayed here many times prior to 2024, so when I needed to visit again, it felt like a no-brainer to return to what I knew. Unfortunately, it now seems that was a mistake. On my first visit back, the shower was barely functioning — extremely weak, but just about usable. It certainly couldn’t run a bath; it would have taken at least an hour. This time, I booked a Premier Plus room, which was very nice overall. However, in the morning I woke up expecting a decent shower, and it was a huge disappointment. The water was only trickling out, barely warm, and not even enough to wash properly. The sink pressure was even worse. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she said they had been waiting on engineers for a while — not reassuring. Sadly, based on these repeated issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning again."

"Let us down big time, trying to book a wedding after party here, strung along saying yes we can do this and confirmed menu options and how many people. Speaking to them through email, tried to called but never answered, messaged at the beginning of june. Confirming all the plans. Today we called only to be told that august is the busiest month and over 350 people a day in august, I’m surprised as customers are never guaranteed especially this day and age. They couldn’t afford to shut the kitchen down for an hour for us. They’ve just lost £800 booking and food and drinks on tops which WAS guaranteed. Waste of time."
