Great rooms and great breakfast and great staff, Clo and Charlotte were great hostesses at breakfast friendly and welcoming.I recommend Premier inn for short breaks ,Rooms are clean and comfortable the late checkout is amazing which doesn’t make you feel rushed. Keep up the great work,

Room has been great staff very helpful and polite staff such as Matty who has been great. Food has been excellent. Really good for breakfast if you want a quick bite and a coffee before you go out. The hotel is located near shops and the train station isn’t too far.

We love this hotel and we stay here often throughout the year. It’s always spotless and the staff can not do enough for us. The dinning room is very small but the girls in there are wonderful in particular KELSA and CLO, they are so welcoming and go over and above to make our dinning experience the best. Just one little niggle in The Social, one of the staff (not kelsa or Clo) threw the glass bottles in to a bin that made me jump out of my skin!! This happened 3 or 4 times. Also 1 other problem with this hotel is the WiFi is practically nonexistent, we can not get on it at all which has caused problems whilst here. I more thing is we can have our room until 12 on the day of departure so it wasn’t nice when house keeping were knocking on the door at 9.45am to see if we’re were ready to leave the room!! But all in all a wonderful stay. We love this hotel and we will be back

The staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and tidy, and welcoming. the hotel has two floors, and no lift, which I hadn't realised, so please check room allocation if you have mobility issues or elderly guests.

This hotel gets the thumbs up for the friendly, helpful staff. From the moment we arrived Lisa the receptionist was so welcoming, friendly and kind. It was my partners birthday so she gave us some beer. The hotel is situated walking distance to Gravesend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. The check in was really easy, the room was clean and the staff made the stay very pleasant. Especially at breakfast where Clo, Kelsa and Karen were wonderful with our 3 children. They even gave our little girl a bag of goodies for her birthday which made her day.

You know what you are getting from the premier inn, but, Karen the cook was so kind to our demanding, rather large family group at breakfast. Put extra portions on for us all to keep us all happy. I didn't get the name of the lady on reception but she helped my rather forgetful dad out with all of our room numbers as we were attending a family party near by. Thanks for being so helpful and not getting annoyed with all the questions/ requests! X
