L’hôtel est authentique, la chambre est très propre et distinguée, le personnel est gentil, je recommande surtout la sortie catamaran avec l’hôtel c’était top !

Poor customer service, the staff are like robot and seem to not like their job at all. They make the customer feel like they do not want to be their. The hotel is very beautiful but the staff is very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. However, this hotel has 2 pure gem :Christina waitress and Kimberley receptionist. BIG THANK TO THESE 2 STAFF MEMEBERS.

Great hotel and service. Right opposite a beach. The hotel offers free glass boat ride, paddling and other activities. Great location, but an hour away from SW region which is where a lot of sightseeings are.

Had a totally chilled out holiday, the island is stunning with lots to see and explore, with the added bonus of chilling by the hotel beach or pool. The hotel provided free water sports. There was always a wide range of food choices at all meal times and the staff were attentive and very friendly.

Wow what a holiday. The Mauritian people are so friendly and help with anything. The hotel was clean and well laid out. We had no problems getting space by the pool or beach with sunbeds. The Poz spa was well worth a visit. The staff go above and beyond. My only grip was sometimes the food at the Buffett was warm/cold however it tasted so good. Would definitely return.

The hotel met all our expectations. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Vish for accommodating our dietary needs and going out his way to ensure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive, without fail. The all inclusive element worked really well for us with a very good range of food and drink avaiulability. plus the unexpected bonus of free use of boating equipment and trips on the beach opposite the hotel.

The people here are very friendly, they will always go the extra mile to make your experience the best. They will help you with everything, from your room till planning out activities. Nothing is to much and everything is done with a smile :) If you wish to have a stress free experience and a some good reliable local experience look no further!
