Villa Diez at Grace Bay has an excellent location in the heart of Grace Bay. Just 5 minutes walk to the well renowned Grace Bay Beach, Pharmacy, Graceway Supermarket, gift shops, cafes, nightlife, restaurants and bars. The home is fully air-conditioned with units in all bedrooms and living areas. For those moments when you want to be indoors, but still enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze, there is a large sliding door and windows, all fully screened to keep pesky bugs/mosquitos at bay. Indoors: On the upper level you will find your two (2) bedrooms featuring: - King Sized Bed (1) - Queen Bed (1) - Walk-in Closets - En Suite Bathrooms On the lower level you'll find your kitchen, powder room, living and dining areas. It also features a patio spanning the width of the home, ensuring uninterrupted views of the scenic tropical garden and pool. Outdoors: My family loves the outdoors and I hope yours do too. The house is equipped to make you comfortable while there. Here are a few things to do: - Grill up a steak (or veggies if that's more your style) - Go for a dip in the pool or simply lay out and work on your tan. Boring Stuff - Your home is equipped with a safe for your documents and valuables. - In the event of a fire, the kitchen has fire extinguishers.
