Outdated and lack of awareness. Room trouble the first night, which was switched to another room which ended up having more troubles. I told the front desk and house keeper. A manager was called and basically I was told ******* can handle it there nothing they can do to reimburse me. There are plenty of better hotel options around, this one is outdated and lacks good service.

First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!

Perfect location. Security present after hours. Quiet. Breakfast delicious. Everything you could want within walking distance including pharmacy and grocery store.

Good location. Basically a nice motel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not good unless you like to carb load in the morning. I would recommend this place if you want an affordable option in grace bay area that is five minute walk from the beach.

This is one of the best deals in the area. Cost is incredible compared to neighboring sites, a third of the cost of other resorts, Very easy walking distance to the beach and right behind the Ritz Carlton and Seven stars resorts. The facility itself did not have many eating options, but there were plenty near by. Grocery store is also very close and easily walkable, which was so helpful since we got a room with a full kitchen. Helps save on going out to eat. My biggest complaint are the beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Umbrellas are positioned very low so it’s difficult to get in and out from under them and the lounge chairs on the beach were fairly uncomfortable. They have a mesh net across the entire chair, thus when you sit, the seat back pulls tight and sits up straight making it difficult to keep the chair in the lying position. Normal this wouldn’t matter much, but seeing as the goal of the trip is to sit on the beach, the lounge equipment makes a difference. Also the water in the shower would run out of hot water every other day and this made it hard to shave your legs given how cold we kept the room. When the water had hot water you could not adjust it from very hot to a medium temp,. Aside from these two things we LOVED our stay and if Turks wasn’t so expensive in general we would absolutely come back to ports of call

Port of Calls was amazing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had 1 special request for the clear kayak photo shoot, for my birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure it happened. Port of calls is the perfect location and accessible to nightlife, the beach, and nice eating places. The room was nice and clean and staff was available for assistance with any request that we had. Thank you, Port of Calls for such a wonderful stay.

We had a balcony room. Clean. Excellent aircon & fan, very quiet. Fridge in the room. WiFi was great in the room, but not good on the balcony or communal areas. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach or there is a regular transfer available. The hotel provides sunbeds, parasols and towels. Property is wheelchair friendly plus they have a beach wheelchair to get people in and out of the ocean that one of the other guests was using while we were there. The included breakfast was pretty decent - hot choice each day plus pastries / toast / cereal / yogurt / fruit Reception staff are all extremely efficient but maybe not the friendliest people, with a couple of exceptions. There are various restaurants within walking distance, and a supermarket & pharmacy across the road. Shared taxi with other people to/from airport is fixed priced $33 for 2 (cash only) as at May ‘24. Nearest decent snorkelling is Coral Gardens, we went 3x - an hour leisurely walk each way along the beach (don’t walk via the road, use the beach) or we paid $20 one way the one time we took a taxi. I don’t recommend the company that they use for snorkelling trips - book your own

Very good service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, great coffee. Very close to the beach, we didn’t mind walking, service is provided if needed. Staff is very helpful. The gentleman who attends the bar, always takes the time to say hello when we pass by. The pool was never crowded, always able to get a chair by the pool and on the beach. We had no issues on getting clean beach towels, always available at check-in desk. The Mexican Restaurant makes amazing drinks, located in the Villa and Ice Cream shop next door, great too!!
