'Smart hotel in a good location for exploring historical Gouda. Well-equipped and comfortable room - with kettles available (although not in the room as standard). Nice high pressure shower, good aircon, nice, quiet room. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. There was lots of rather strange, slightly unnerving artwork of people eating cheese... The artwork looked AI generated and overall felt cheap and at odds with the rest of the hotel's design. The hotel made a show about being eco and 'environmental', however the bathroom cups were wrapped in plastic - this is completely needless (no one ever wraps the coffee cups in plastic!). Worryingly, on check-in the receptionist insisted that I hadn't paid in advance and made me pay on the spot. When I later checked this I found that, as I thought, I HAD indeed paid in advance. To be fair, when I showed her evidence on my phone she immediately initiated a refund, but really - how can that be allowed to happen?? Surely it should all be on the hotel's system. If I hadn't spotted the mistake I would have paid twice. Not impressed!'

'고속도로에서 자동차 소리를 들으며 밤새 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 매일 청소부가 당신의 방에 왔지만 더러운 수건은 교체되지 않습니다! 아주 나쁜 키스 당신은 잠자는 동안 전혀 기분이 좋지 않습니다! 기대는 책상 뒤에 있고 거기에서 당신은 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 방에 커피 머신이 없었고 물 밥이 매우 더러웠습니다! 좋은 레스토랑이지만 채식주의자 인 사람에게는 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다! 일부 직원은 사랑 스럽지만 리셉션에는 환영받지 못하는 느낌을주는 사람도 있습니다!'

'質樸的度假酒店，該有的一樣不少！附近樹林裏看到不止一衹美麗的鳥'

'Na het inchecken naar boven gegaan naar onze waren de schoonmakers bezig met de kamers nog schoon te maken vond een troep op de gang vuilniszakken etenswaren kopjes etc stonden overal. Schoonmaak personeel loopt in casual kleding/pyama. Pratend aan de telefoon. Geen goedemorgen goedemiddag. De kamer die ik had geboekt was best ruim met een grote badkamer. De kledingkast lag een laagje stof in dus die was al tijd niet schoongemaakt. Ze hadden klein koelkastje op de kamer die was oom niet schoongemaakt allemaal vlekken etensresten. Ik wilde graag gebruiken dus ik heb zelf maar met doekjes schoongemaakt. Beddegoed was netjes svhoonnbed ook netjes opgemaakt Badkamer was oke, wel ruim. Met douche, bad en 2 wc. Er lagen handdoeken die heb ik niet gebruikt was er 2 met vlekken in niet heel hygienisch. Douchekop is echt aan vervanging toe of ieder geval een goede scrobbeurt.'

'매우 만족합니다. 호텔은 자동차로 여행하기에 매우 적합합니다. 우리는 차를 렌트해 다음날 차를 몰고 아이들 풍차 반대편으로 갔다. 원래 객실 요금에는 조식이 포함되어 있지 않은데, 조식도 2번 제공하는 방법을 몰라서 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 호텔 시설은 낡았지만 위생상태는 최상이며 주변환경도 매우 좋습니다'
