"⚠️We didn't stay there!! It's our fault for not checking the details thoroughly before booking, but after booking, we received official information that "check-in is limited to those 25 years of age or older" and "each person must bring their own bath towel and bed sheet, or it will cost 100 kr," which was disappointing. For 100 kr, we could have bought a new set. Since we weren't planning on drinking alcohol and everyone was over 20, we asked if it was possible to check in as a 20-year-old instead of a 25-year-old, but we never received a response. We called multiple times with the help of several Swedish friends, but no one answered the phone, not even once. So we booked a new hotel and didn't stay at this one. Since this was the result of our own lack of checking, we weren't asking for a refund or anything like that; we just wish we had received a reply or more communication. It might be a good place to stay if you're over 25 and have the luggage to bring your own sheets and towels, but I don't think it's suitable for students like us who travel with backpacks.
