'우리가 도착했을 때 프론트 데스크에는 아무도 없었지만 카운터에 표지판이 있어서 우리는 괜찮 았습니다. 우리가 거기에 서 있을 때 한 젊은 여성이 모퉁이를 돌며 우리를 간신히 바라보았다. 그리고 그녀는 카운터에서 표지판을 꺼내서 우리 앞에 있는 컴퓨터에 한 마디도 말하지도 않고 타이핑을 시작했습니다. 그녀는 우리에게 매우 짜증이 났습니다. 아마도 5-8 분의 침묵 후에, 나는 그녀가 우리를 위해 준비되었는지 친절한 목소리로 그녀에게 물었다. 그녀는 컴퓨터를 간신히 멀리 바라보고 ”몇 분 안에”라고 말했습니다. 그녀는 마침내 우리에게 정보를 요청하고 우리를 체크인했습니다. 나는 내 인생에서 호텔 프론트 데스크에서 이것을 제대로 대우받은 적이 없습니다. 환대 사업을 하는 사람에게는 꽤 불친절합니다. 호텔 자체에는 멋진 방과 편안한 침대가 있었습니다. 우리는 아침 식사나 다른 시설을 시도하지 않았지만 좋아 보였습니다. 내가 그렇게 열악한 대우를 받았다면 다시 여기에 머물 것인지 확실하지 않습니다.'

Huge house just under 5,000 sq ft. With 6 bedrooms it can host your whole group. It is great for entertaining with open kitchen/living room flow. There is plenty of entertainment amenities such as a great pool, nicely turfed lawn with cornhole and spikeball, sports court with basketball hoop and pickleball net, arcade, ping pong table, and pool table. The pool has a waterfall. This house sits on a golf course inside a gated community. It has a secluded backyard feeling like a luxurious getaway.
With Topgolf, pop stroke, outlet malls, the desert diamond casino and many more attractions right next door.
This house really has a resort feel and is great for entertaining with speakers throughout the house and patio. I'm not sure what is bringing you to the Phoenix area, but you may never want to leave the house.
Not only is the size of the house impressive, but the lot it sits on is big as well. It is almost a half acre lot with no neighbors to one side and a golf course behind it. Inside the Madera gated community of Palm Valley, your family will certainly be safe during your stay.

Whether you've spent an action packed day watching your favorite baseball team at the nearby spring training facilities, your favorite driver at the close by Phoenix Raceway, enjoying a round of golf at the nearby Jack Nicklaus designed Estrella Mountain Golf Course, or spent the day on one of the many nearby hiking or biking trails, you should find our home to be the perfect home base for your favorite activity, or as just a quiet, relaxing place to escape to. The quiet neighborhood, and nearby lakes with their surrounding parks are a great place to take your morning walks, a bike ride, or enjoy a game of tennis, pickle ball, or basketball.
Located in The Villages of Estrella Mountain Ranch, our home is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded on two sides with wide open undeveloped federal land, providing beautiful desert / mountain views. Enjoy spectacular sunrises, and sunsets from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, which accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.
Have an invigorating swim in the pool or a relaxing session in the attached spa (both with optional heating available, see details below) before grilling up something special on the Weber Genesis natural gas grill on the patio. Just turn on the natural gas stub on the patio wall, and you'll never have to worry about running out of gas in the middle of your grilling session.
Not into grilling tonight? The well equipped kitchen should have almost anything you need to prepare what ever meal you desire.
After dinner, settle in for an evening of movie watching on the 55" Samsung smart TV, and home theater sound system in the family room. The smart TV in the family room, and 40" smart TV in the master bedroom in addition to receiving over 60 over the air (OTA) broadcast channels including all the major networks, are also subscribed to Netflix for a great choice of entertainment. The queen guest room has a 32" smart TV which also has access to over 60 OTA channels.
Are you an Amazon, Hulu or other streaming service subscriber? Just log into your account on the smart TV's, and continue where you left off watching your favorite programs at home.
If your tired of TV, and just want to listen to your favorite tunes, the home theater receiver also has a radio tuner, and blue tooth, allowing you to listen to local channels, or connect your blue tooth capable phone or music device to it for listening to all your favorite song lists.
In addition to the home theater speakers in the family room, our home also has a built in sound system with speakers located in the front sitting/dinning room, master bedroom, and on the poolside patio, with individual wall mounted volume controls as you enter each area.
Maybe you'd just like to curl up with a good book? The den or front sitting / dinning room provide the perfect spots to get away from the screens and enjoy a little quiet alone time.
Optional Spa & Pool heat are available at the home either individually, or together, for an additional fee of $12/day or $70/wk for the spa & $90 for day1 and $25 per consecutive day, or $200/wk for the pool. Just ask about any of these options when you make your inquiry about staying, and your quote can be adjusted accordingly.

Amazing Kitchen, open floor plan, Grand Master, each bedroom has their own bathroom. The back yard has heated private pool (additional fee to heat), covered patio, putting green, and courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. In a gated golf course community with miles of trails for hiking and biking. Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, and restaurants are minutes away. Conveniently located 40 minutes to Phoenix airport, 20 to Glendale, and Peoria, and 60 minutes to Scottsdale. Very close to the Phoenix Raceway also. House was just purchased and outfitted with brand new furniture and TV's. Plenty of WIFI to go around with 2 services so have confidence all your devises should connect with no problem.
