Beautiful old railway hotel adjacent to the station, which provides excellent access if visiting by train. Though the hotel has heritage, it has been brought up to date without loosing any of its feel as a beautiful old Victorian building. Our room was perfect, very quiet especially considering it is next to the station and the city centre, rhe beds were very comfortable, bathroom wonderful and temperature perfect. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow who doesn’t want to stay in a modern concrete box.

Our trip to the Z hotel was very much a picture of great service, we were checked in patiently and promptly. Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology. Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.

The hotel is located near the Glasgow central station. Rooms were clean and cozy, but there was no fridge in the room and slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was good.

호텔은 매우 훌륭하지만 건물은 매우 오래되었지만 집은 사람들이 매우 부유하다고 느끼게하지 않습니다. 🈶 역사의 오래된 종류입니다.  복도의 벽화는 그 해의 영광을 증명합니다.  스위트 침대는 매우 편안했고 소파는 침대로 바뀌었고 아이들은 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했지만 일반적으로 스코틀랜드는 매우 춥고 안전하고 따뜻했습니다.

Excellent service as always. I love the cosy rooms. Windows don't seem to be soundproof and there's no kettle but still a very comfy room. I will definitely come back to CitizenM.

The location and facilities offered are really great. The best value is the rooms with executives lounge access. Staff were all helpful and friendly and keen to assist in every way.

Great practical hotel. Very easy access to Glasgow central station and the main shopping area. Rooms are clean and good value.

Had a pleasant stay at castlecary, good location and the restaurant is good !
