'Beautiful old railway hotel adjacent to the station, which provides excellent access if visiting by train. Though the hotel has heritage, it has been brought up to date without loosing any of its feel as a beautiful old Victorian building. Our room was perfect, very quiet especially considering it is next to the station and the city centre, rhe beds were very comfortable, bathroom wonderful and temperature perfect. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow who doesn’t want to stay in a modern concrete box.'

'Our trip to the Z hotel was very much a picture of great service, we were checked in patiently and promptly. Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology. Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.'

'전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 위치는 시내 중심가에 있어 쇼핑하기 편리합니다. 역시 대형 호텔 브랜드라 기본적인 것들은 괜찮네요. 세 가지 나쁜 경험이 있습니다: 1. 서비스: 여기 영국의 체크인은 오후 3시에 있습니다. 1시에 도착했는데 젊은 남자가 반갑게 맞아주었는데 체크인을 거부하고 3시까지 기다려야 한다고 했습니다. 갈게요, 비행기를 탄 지 30시간이 넘었어요. 안돼, 기다리다 지쳤어. 알고 보니 다른 사람들이 오면 직접 체크인을 하더군요. 감독관처럼 보이는 다른 분을 찾아 직접 처리해 보려고 했습니다. 결과적으로 아무것도 묻지 않고 처리되었습니다. 나를 화나게 만든다. 아무것도 없이 거의 한 시간이 걸렸습니다. 너무 강력합니다. 2. 에어컨에서 불어오는 공기에서는 항상 화학약품 냄새가 납니다. 끄면 차갑지만 켜면 냄새가 납니다. 3. 체육관에 체중계가 있는데 거기에 숫자가 없는 걸 봤는데 직원이 정전됐다고 하더라구요. 그는 내가 이해할 수 없는 몇 마디를 더 말했다. 다음날에도 여전히 전기가 없었습니다. 다른 웨이터는 여전히 전기가 없다고 말했습니다. 셋째 날에는 체중계를 치우시면 됩니다. 나도 말문이 막혔다.'

'호텔은 매우 훌륭하지만 건물은 매우 오래되었지만 집은 사람들이 매우 부유하다고 느끼게하지 않습니다. 🈶 역사의 오래된 종류입니다.  복도의 벽화는 그 해의 영광을 증명합니다.  스위트 침대는 매우 편안했고 소파는 침대로 바뀌었고 아이들은 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했지만 일반적으로 스코틀랜드는 매우 춥고 안전하고 따뜻했습니다.'

'The hotel in Glasgow had a very modern and high-tech feel. I didn’t have breakfast, but the food and drinks at the bar were excellent.'
