The hotel bed was uncomfortable. I am 9 months pregnant so a good comfortable bed is an essential. I had worst night because of the terrible mattress that was placed on the bed upside down. So the mattress didnt feel stable and sank in when sleeping over it. I informed the staff the next morning about the mattress the next morning.

Two adjoining rooms, both grim and cell like. One room, 106, in particular was unclean and very poorly maintained; large clumps of fluff under bed, window dirty with cobwebs. Mould in bathroom, hole in ceiling. Paint work peeling and furniture damaged. Elevator and communal carpets filthy. Sunday evening, minimal staff, just pleasant but bored looking receptionist. Had to go out for a drive to escape and left very early next morning. Depressing and abysmal. Budget should not mean basic hygiene. Standard rooms should not be sub standard. As Accor member, an unfortunate and sad experience. Housekeeping should hang their heads in shame.

Grim, stayed one night. Dirty room, holes in curtain . Window dirty. Strong smell of paint. Toilet moved.Asked for another room in which they did. But only a double. Which we had to share we. Breakfast room smelt of drains. However not a bad continental breakfast offered

La première chose dont les travaux rendant inaccessible l'accès à l'hôtel lors de ma venue, mais ça l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Par contre, quand on appelle pour trouver un conseil pour se garer, la réponse à été "cherchez dans le quartier", merci du conseil, je n'y avait pas pensé. Dans les chambre, en tout cas la mienne, on sent bien un petit manque d'entretien, le plan de travail qui bouge, les plaintes dans la salle de bain... Le petit-dejeuner est, ordinaire, : café, viennoiseries, quelques fromages, œufs brouillés et jus de fruit industriels. Ha si, une petite chose, prenez soin de votre personnel de ménage et mettez une brossé dans les toilettes, cela rendra leur travail moins "desagreable" à cet endroit.

Bon hôtel, propre et bie situé. Les chambres sont bien équipées, literie au top, grande tv, Belle salle de bain, le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, petit plus pour la sympathie du personnel. Petit moins, il est difficile de se garer autour de l’hôtel, bon hôtel, je reviendrai.

Hôtel trop bruyant, avec un parking beaucoup trop réduit et aucune place à proximité… La chambre est assez étroite pour 2 personnes.

Chambre exigue, peu confortable, etat general moyen, vosu entendez vos voisins en haut sur les cotés... Tout le monde se plaignaient au petit dej

Unica nota positiva hotel vicino al centro stop. Unico asciugamano per piedi sedere e viso..molto poco igienico. Ci hanno dato una camera al 4°piano senza ascensore perché rotto. Si poteva chiamare subito un pronto intervento e nel frattempo Un buon gestore ,poteva mettere un addetto per portare su le valige. Sconsigliato

hôtel refait presque neuf. Personnel tjr très accueillant, petit dej super. Proximité du centre piéton. Parking trop petit mais gratuit. recommandons tout à fait. Félicitations au personnel de cet établissement
