You'll feel right at home in this spacious 3 bedroom home with a large family room area with a ping pong and other games to keep you entertained. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as attached bathroom with separate shower and bath. Two other bedrooms each have queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. The backyard has a large swim spa that can be used for both exercise an relaxation. There is a large BBQ and fireplace for your enjoyment as well. Just a 2 minute walk around the corner is a community pool and hot tub which is open in the warmer months.
Additionally, for $150 you can have access to the Val Vista Lakes clubhouse for your group for the entire stay. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor in the resort style community of Solana on the border of Gilbert and Mesa in sunny Arizona! The location is perfect with easy access to the US 60 freeway just a block away. The Banner Cancer center is right next door so this location is convenient for family members that need to be close by for patient treatments. With many dining options within walking distance and many more just a quick drive. If you are flying in, Mesa-Gateway airport is just 15 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbor 25 minutes away. If nature is what you like, the Superstition Mountains, Usery Park and San Tan Regional park are all within a 30-45 minute drive for day hiking and sightseeing. If you are visiting for Spring Training, this condo is just 20 minutes from the Cubs facility.
The Solana community has everything you need to relax at home. With two resort style swimming pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ's, volleyball court, playgrounds, state of the art fitness center, business center, community center, meeting room and endless greenbelts.

This is one of the only places in Arizona (although I believe it’s worldwide) where you have easy access to satisfy your taste palette. Fry’s (Kroger), Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are all grouped together with just a 2 minute drive! Feel like making memories with your families? Centrally located to Super Bowl activities! The game is in Glendale but there are NFL sponsored events throughout the Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale! Each location is easily accessible through the freeway which is just mins away from the house. We are season ticket holders to State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals and this drive is perfect! Tempe and Scottsdale events are only 15 minutes away. Phoenix about 20-25 minutes.
Note: As much as we would love to heat our pool for the colder season it is a diving pool and would take too much energy to heat and will not stay warm enough to satisfy. Centrally located to Super Bowl activities! The game is in Glendale but there are NFL sponsored events throughout the Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale! Each location is easily accessible through the freeway which is just mins away from the house. We are season ticket holders to State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals and this drive is perfect! Tempe and Scottsdale events are only 15 minutes away. Phoenix about 20-25 minutes.
Note: As much as we would love to heat our pool for the colder season it is a diving pool and would take too much energy to heat and will not stay warm enough to satisfy. Located less than 10 minutes away from Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Walmart. Shopping centers and Downtown Gilbert are just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Directly between the Mesa airport and the Phoenix airport, this home is a great spot for anyone traveling in by plane.
Free parking and wifi, a smart TV with your favorite apps, and a brand new microwave and oven make this freshly-renovated home perfect for your stay. Sleep in a comfortable queen bed with an optional room divider and a cozy oversized full sofa bed.

This charming home near historical downtown Gilbert is a great way to treat yourself to a relaxing getaway with all the modern upgrades. The space is family friendly with an open concept kitchen, family room and dining area loaded with amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This home is in the perfect place with endless opportunities to explore our favorite city, visit all that Phoenix metro has to offer and relax in a cozy space with your loved ones.

It's luxurious, while creating a welcoming atmosphere, and provides plenty of activities to create some great memories. When it's time to unwind you'll find there is more than enough room to get comfy and cozy. All of your basic amenities are provided throughout the house.

The beautifully decorated bedrooms are a wonderful place to come back to after a day of exploring Gilbert. With three stylish rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, there’s plenty of space for your group.
The master suite has a plush king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, providing plenty of privacy! There is also a sliding door to give you direct access to the backyard patio and pool. Step into the second bedroom and you will find an amazingly comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, books and plenty of storage in the closet.
The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones as it features two twin sized beds, a smart TV, puzzles, games, books and a color changing moon nightlight to keep them entertained.
All of the rooms feature complete control over the lighting to help find the level you are most comfortable at, fan speed control and charging ports to help keep your devices charged.

The stylish bathrooms are equipped with high-end Kohler systems for a relaxing shower or bath after a day of adventures.
The main bathroom is located in the hallway and includes a shower / tub combination and features a high pressure shower head with different settings that allow you to control the water. There is also a lighted mirror that you can keep on to make it easy for the kiddos to find the bathroom at night.
The second bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and features a walk-in shower. The shower has a main front facing + rain head above so that you can truly relax. There is a dual vanity and lighted mirrors so that you can prep in the morning (or evening) without disturbing your partner with light.
Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience so you can pack light!

The fabulous kitchen, dining and lounge area has an open concept design so everyone can make memories together. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, have fun inside the house and share a delicious meal during your stay.
Get your day started with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the kitchen. Here, you’ll find a Keurig machine that makes drip coffee or try one of the coffee pods we'll have waiting for you - whichever you prefer.
When it's time to eat great the kitchen island and dining table has plenty of space for your group to eat, hang out and have fun. This area is open to both lounge areas which allows you to watch TV, listen to music, enjoy the arcade games or just lounge with book.

Your group will love spending time in the backyard. Jump into the refreshing pool during the warm summer months (the pool is not heated), have a meal on the patio or enjoy a game of cornhole (or Jenga) on the beautiful artificial turf.
Relax on the comfortable chairs around the pool to soak up the sun or throw up the umbrellas while you watch the family splash around. The outdoor gas grill is perfect for taking advantage of the evenings when you’re in the mood for a lively BBQ. You can also enjoy a meal under the pergola dining area while being illuminated by the warm glow from the charming string lights.
Additional seating can be found at the end of the yard so you can sit back and watch family and friends have fun.

Need to keep your clothes clean? Don't want to leave Gilbert with dirties? Or maybe the kids had a little too much fun. No worries here. Have a washer and dryer, pods and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

You’ll love our place because everything is brand-new and within a 10 minute walk to downtown Gilbert restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also near San Tan Mall, movies theaters, Cactus Yards baseball fields, Freestone District Park, cities of Chandler, mesa and Tempe are 10 miles and Glendale is 60-90 minutes away.
The comfy beds are from Tuff and Needle and the home has an open floor plan. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). The yard can be used for bar-b-ques, eating at the outside table, and kids playing.
Two cars can park in the 2 car driveway. The home, front and backyard are available to guest. Their is a basketball hoop that can be used in the 2 car driveway.
Gilbert Recreation center and park is 2 miles away. The gym has daily/weekly passes can be purchased. This Freestone Park district has playgrounds, train rides, carousel, skate park for scooters and skateboards.
Walking distances to Gilberts best and popular restaurants and entertainment and coffee shops.
