T Hotel Premium Suites

My mom and I enjoyed an incredible five-day stay at T-hotel. Our experience surpassed expectations, with exceptional staff, particularly noteworthy was the attentive manager, Stelios. The rooms were consistently comfortable and clean, and the food, particularly breakfast, was delicious. Intending to revisit next year, but for an extended duration.

Hotel staff are brilliant. We arrived shortly after 11pm and bar was still open to grab a drink before bed. Stelios and the hptel staff were brilliant! Always put the guests first and drove us to the sister hotel and to the beach asnd back as the hotel is quite remote. Food was limited but being the end of the season we ventured to the sister hotel as the food there had far more choice and had entertainment at night. The sister hotel is 5min drive but the road is hilly and dark at night as there aren't many street lights. Would definitely return here again! Ignore any bad reviews, a holiday is what you make of it!

I was expecting great things from the glowing reviews but the disappoin**ent started from our arrival! We arrived late after a long delay and no one was around to help us, just a note with the room key and number left on the reception desk. The room was not what we booked and so we tried to find someone to help us. We were told it was basically tough and to go to bed! In the morning we complained, no apology. The correct swim up room was finally provided but was not clean. A giant hair ball in the shower, toilets dirty on the floor and so much hair everywhere!!! Furniture starting to look worn and dirty and then there was the bar and restaurant! The flies! The sticky unclean drinks dispensers, ice cream freezer and sad selection of low quality item in the buffet. We weren’t expecting a huge buffet but the flies flew out of the salad when I put the spoon in and the quality of the food was poor. No one seemed to clean the bar ever throughout our stay and I could never order a drink at the bar as there was never anyone around to speak to! In fact the whole place seemed to be run on very few staff. On a positive note had the suite been clean and less shabby the accommodation would have been perfect for our family of 5. The swim up pool was great and there was never a problem getting a sun lounger at the pool. We gave up on the hotel food and found lovely bars and restaurants in nearby Bali. I think this needs a star review!!! And some more staff who can clean. Such a shame as could be amazing!

This was our second time in this small scale hotel and we would recommend it to everyone. We were very warmly greeted by manager Stelios and he and his friendly staff will do their u**ost to make your stay as comfortable as possible, always going the extra mile. 18 suites, 9 swim up suites, if possible book a swim up suite. Spacious and clean suites. The hotel is remote with returntransfers to village & beach all day but if you want to see more you need to book a rental car.

Our family have recently stayed in this beautiful hotel and our room had the swim up pool which we used every day! It’s in a remote and peaceful setting surrounded with the most incredible view of the mountains! As per other reviews, Stelios, the manager, is simply amazing and it’s clear he works so hard to make sure guests have the most amazing stay! Our outbound flights were delayed and consequently we arrived late in the evening. He presumed we would all be hungry upon arrival! We were so impressed that after checking us in, he heated up our dinner all prepared for us! The rest of team are pleasant too, especially the lovely lady who cleaned our room every two days and changed our towels. Good food and ice cream/drinks always available given it’s all inclusive! The accommodation and public areas were kept clean and main pool was never crowded! We would highly recommend and would consider returning again in the future! The hotel is exactly what we expected, small, intimate and in a quiet location. The room was spacious, with two bedrooms, two ensuites and a bed sofa. The level of food choice is not that of a large all inclusive resort hotel but we didn't expect it to be. There is however a fish dish, a meat dish, pasta, veggies, salads, breads, desserts every lunch/dinner. We travelled as a family of 6, 2 adults, 4 children (age range 9-12) , 2 of which are in the fussy eater category and they were happy enough. Unlimited drinks and ice cream were available all day. We did eat out once a day but had planned for this. The local restaurants were all lovely (Mambos/Nostos our faves) , very reasonable in price and far more modern than I expected. Lots are situated on the seafront which is about a 15 minute walk (just beware some of this is on the main road and the quieter roads are not light up if walking when dark). There are a number of beaches near by, inflatable assault course, watersports, all with sunbeds and beach service. We travelled to both Rethymos and Heraklion using the local bus, again about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop - although the timetable is somewhat questionable and you tend to need cash. Star of the show is definitely Stellios, nothing is too much trouble and he makes a cracking Bloody Mary!!! Thank you for a lovely family holiday.

I trusted trip advisor reviews and I was totally disappointed. The only positive point was the manger Stelios who tried to help all the time and was very friendly. The room was not clean. I asked the manger to have the room cleaned properly. He requested that from the cleaning lady. She just ignored this request. The room floor was never cleaned during our 10 days stay. The food was average, overcooked, not always fresh and very limited. Despite we had full-board we had most of our meals outside. Location of the hotel is not optimal. In the middle of nowhere. You definitely need a car. The beach is not close. The rooms are not soundproof.

We had a 2 week stay here staying in a swim up 2 bedroom apar**ent. We ate a family of 5 - 2 adults & 3 children. What can I say other than just fantastic. Food is plentiful, fresh & you are definitely not going to starve no matter how fussy you are. Constant supply of drinks & snacks during the day plus ice cream constantly available. The rooms are clean & spacious. The maid went in every other day to clean, make beds & provide fresh towels etc You can hire beach towels for 5 euros each & you can get this back at end of your holiday. Saves you packing towels. The main pool is also great with lots of sun lounges & we used this alongside our swim up pool. It isn’t a big hotel which is exactly what we wanted & we loved the peace & beauty of the surrounding mountains. The beach is 20 minutes walk & there is a free mini bus every half hour during the day. We had some lovely meals there as even though it’s all inclusive it’s nice to break up with meals by the sea. It wasn’t too expensive - we spent between 60-140 Euros a meal as a family of 5 with several courses & alcohol. Fish & seafood great choices. There is also water sports & activities such as an aqua park on the sea which was 7 Euros for a hour. Stelious is the star of this hotel. That man deserves a pay rise as literally is brilliant & works so hard. Nothing is too much trouble & I can not thank him enough for helping give our family such a memorable holiday. I would return to the hotel for him alone. 5 stars. We were sad to leave & would definitely return.

Such a great place, really saved us, gave us everything we needed and more! we needed saving from another pre booked supposed all inc that was dire n depressing, and luckily managed to find this place on line whilst already in Crete. And Stelios the manager took us in and looked after us straight away, gave us the best cocktails and made sure we had vegan options of food, and a glorious pool room, made our holiday! x Thank you Stelios x Bali and the whole area is gorgeous with many coves n beaches to explore with crystal clear blue waters, authentic restaurants, and also seems to be sunny there even when other areas are not. loved it . very peaceful up in the hills there with the sound of goat bells tinkling. highly recommended
