Beautiful apartment house "File", built in 2022. In the district of Piller, 5 km from the centre of Wenns, in a quiet position. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 750 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop 200 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 1 km, skisport facilities 13 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Fischteich mit Gastro (Sommer) 2.5 km, Pitztaler Gletscher 33 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Talstation Venet Süd 13 km, Jerzens 14 km, Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis 27 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 4.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Animals in the neighbourhood. "Tschirgant", 3-room apartment 55 m2, lower ground floor.
