Very good breakfast. The room and furniture are old. Carpet floor with steins. Broken glas in the corridor.

ACHTUNG!!!! VERMEIDET dies Hotel, wenn ihr kein Probleme haben wollt!!! Das Hotel bietet explizit NUR nichterstattungsfähigen Zimmer-Raten. Wenn eine Veranstaltung abgesagt wird oder verlegt wird, besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Buchung zu ändern oder aus Kulanz zu stornieren. Ihr bekommt nur maschinelle Antwort, dass man bei einer Stornierung oder Änderung 100% Gebühren berechnen wird. Es ist ein reiner Betrug, nur diese Rate anzubieten, damit die Gäste nie ihr Geld zurück bekommen oder bei einer Änderung doppelt bezahlen müssen. Ich arbeite auch in der Hotellerie, aber so etwas erlebe zu erstem Mal. Schämt euch, stay by scammer (friends). Werde zukünftig diese Kette vermeiden und allen Bekannten und Freunden abraten, hier zu buchen.

Quiyet quite new hotel some scool and football area, just near by Veltins arena (by Shalke) Staff was okay, breakfast okay, nor wow but good. Some Shalkes academy players ate breakfast same restaurant. Room was positive suprise, thank for that, Corner room by 7th floor (717), parkin i think including, we parking from street.

And when I arrived at this hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the greeting I received. However my feelings towards the hotel changed when I arrived in my room and found a pair of men’s boxers under the pillow from a previous guest! In addition to this I requested a wake up call for 09:00 so that I could get my train at 10:15; unfortunately there was no wake up call and I must now get another train at 18:25. This means I will miss several very important meetings and a number of my clients will be disappointed. Finally the worst part of my experience is that the manager decided that meeting with me to apologise and remedy the situation didn’t warrant their attention. Needless to say I am very disappointed by my experience at this hotel and will not be returning furthermore I will be instructing the accounts division of my company to discontinue any relationship that we have with this hotel.

The staff was brilliant for all walks of life. I felt at home away from home.

At the reception, during both the check in and check out process they asked me to pay. I kindly told them I already paid through the website but they kept insisting it was only a guarantee payment. Again, I explained the situation and showed them valid proof of the successful transaction. They seem to not care about the mentioned proof and made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated cause I'm a foreigner. Any foreigner should think twice before booking in that terrible place. They finally gave me the access room card while trying to give some instructions to enter like if I didn't know how to use that card. In short, discrimination and poor customer service

We stayed at the hotel during a visit to the attached Medicos rehab facility. Found the rooms to be a nice size and good and clean. The elevators seem to be quite slow at times. We didn’t have a lot of interaction with the hotel staff other than at check in but they were pleasant and helpful to us. I would suggest that the lobby area could use a little brightening up as the largely black decor is just a little oppressive. Overall a decent hotel in a nice location.

Business trip passing through Last minute booking. Saturday no restaurant with no snack options at the bar. Large frequency hotel with no charm from staff.
