질롱 호텔

이것은 Sheridan이나 Ritz가 아니지만 예산 모텔이 가면 질롱에서 제공되는 최고가 될 것입니다. 직원이 매우 친절하고 방이 깨끗하고 침대가 매우 편안하고 좋은 TV, 아침 식사는 ”간단한 지구”메뉴와 가격으로 매우 좋았습니다. 우리는 우리의 체류에 만족했으며 다음에 질롱에 머물 필요가있을 때 문제가 없습니다.

Very clean with lots of facilities within the hotel. Bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym. Located in the centre of downtown Geloong. Excellent breakfast choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was quite surprised because in UK our breakfast was breakfast from a vending machine at this chain but here they seem to take customer care to the next level. I had no faults my entire stay.

I booked the Novotel Geelong superior King room at $545, thinking that it would be a nice treat for my son and I, on a weekend away. The hotel is tired, and lobby is very ordinary. That however was the best part of the hotel. The room was a massive disappointment, looked onto a carpark, level 3 and terribly maintained, with filthy stained carpet. Marks on the walls, and a hole in the wall, the aircon duct was a health hazard covered in dust. They charge $40 a day parking, which on top of the price seems outrageous. Our aircon was not working, it was 27 degrees and outside a very mild 21. This wasn’t rectified, despite asking. No evidence of management overseeing running of the hotel. The staff seem overwhelmed and undertrained. The restaurant is well under standard. Decor was old and desperately in need of an upgrade. Like a run down office block. The service was terrible, staff asked twice for my room number. Ordered coffees on arrival, asked again if they were coming, then asked for take away, and they still didn’t arrive in the half in a hour we were there. I gave up waiting. Honestly the worst hotel experience I have had. For the price expectations were high. Extremely disappointing, and no idea how this place is still trading, just the location must save it.

내가 거기에 있었던 밤에 식당은 열리지 않았다. 그러나 나는 멋졌고 비용은 매우 합리적이었다. 방은 약간 먼지가 많았지 만 호텔에서 리노베이션이 진행되어 이해할 수있었습니다. 이것은 불평하기에 충분하지 않았습니다.

Hard to do this review as there was nothing really wrong but there were a few misses. I got the feeling it is mostly a conference hotel - and one that has been retrofitted to update it! Staff were all really young and a bit too casual for a hotel. As it was Easter I had to book two nights and it was quite expensive given it is quite basic. Breakfast is included which is quite lovely. No lunch at Easter and a very small bar menu - Mainly pizza this weekend. Good wine list. Setting is not as nice as I hoped / I got a view of the car park and a bit of food course. It is in the botanic gardens but the gardens are very basic and mostly grass and trees! Nice pool area but mostly a bit overpriced for me.

자가 운전 호텔에 적합하며 각 객실에는 해당 주차 공간이 있으며 6시에 상점에 도착했으며 호텔 프런트 데스크는 퇴근하고 과거에 전화를 걸어 객실 카드를 가져오도록 안내합니다. 객실 시설, 건강이 매우 좋음, 해변과 매우 가까움, 근처에 레스토랑이 있음, 직접 식사를 조리할 수 있는 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 추천합니다.

나는 중국 상사를 위해 작은 전화를했다. 저녁 11시에 비행기가 착륙했습니다. 차를 줍고 난 후 거의 12 시쯤 가게에 도착했습니다. 전체 블록은 나무로 덮여 있었다. 문에있는 뺨에서 나는 종을 눌렀고 보스는 즉시 나왔습니다. 따뜻하고 거리에 갈 걱정하지 마십시오. 늦은 밤 보스는 우리가 우리가 먹는 곳을 먹을 수 있도록 도와주는 Geelong의 주변 지역을 소개합니다. 첫 번째 정류장은 정말 따뜻합니다. 호텔 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 모든 사람들이 오를 추천합니다 ~ 가격은 매우 가깝습니다. 가족! 불행히도, 다음날 떠나는 것은 너무 성급해서 사진을 찍을 수 없습니다!

사장님은 매우 열성적이며 문제 해결을 위해 최선을 다합니다. 나는 감동 받았다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 주차 할 수 있고 옆에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다!
