조스 리조트 벤토타(Joe's Resort Bentota)

Very nice hotel and well situated for travelling back to the International Airport up the west coast. Staff were excellent, thoughtful and kind. Food also good and very nice swimming pool. Quiet so a good night’s sleep and lovely room with good facilities. Recommend this place.

A very nice hotel located on the seashore The Joe s hotel at Bentota has a very nice beach which is for yourself Its clean beach and water make you forget most of the stress in everyday life (temporarily) The hotel staff who made extensive vegetarian dishes in buffet and attended to all our calls . A special mention to Mr Mahesh from the staff who attended and served us everything on our table with items which we had not heard in the recent past The rooms( big one ) were clean with beach view and well equipped .Only one thing for the size of room , it would be better if double ac are provided especially in summer . Overall a good stay

The rooms were just facing the sea. When you open your room you see the waves and hear the sound of waves crashing There were plenty of sitouts couches to lie down endlessly and enjoy the warm climates hotel staff extremely polite and courteous Night dinner made to our special requirements we can dine watching the sea

Good Ambience, Nice swimming pool , just in front of the beach. Send Pathetic Service, Rooms do not have intercom facilities, for any service need to go to the reception. Booked 3 rooms, all rooms had AC problems, 2 were sorted and 3rd one did not work, the hotel was not ready to change the room saying rooms not available, same room in the morning hot water not available, Later shifted to a new room. No proper maintenance of rooms, Buffet good quality was ok. Fixed menu food was good. Kitchen chef Mr Lal and serving staff shehan and Mahesh were excellent. At the time of checkout asked for bell boy for taking our luggage, but they did not bother to come and take the luggage, in the end we ourselves had to bring down our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s resort at Bentota! The staff is super friendly and the location amazing right on the beach. Mahesh organised an amazing barbecue dinner for us and some friends, with candlelights and all sorts of food. He always went the extra little way to make sure that we had an incredible stay. We will definitely come back!

A beautiful hotel !. Breakfast was really nice. We stayed two nights in this hotel, it was a fabulous , with good food, nice beach and helpful staff. Excellent experience from reservation to check out. We will definitely come back Joe’s

Worst Behaviour By so called Reservation Manager Sharmila Very rude & arrogant and in decent the way she's speaking. Shes Horrible Doesn't suit to work to this Hotel. The other sales guys are awesome.

Terible Service to manage something take ages. Even to get a salt and paper on the table was difficult to manage. They are offering mainly European food. Who would travel to Srilanka to eat what you can order in every pub in Europ. Food itself is terrible, really terrible. The waiters have no clue how to do their job properly. The fridge on the room is not working, but thankfully is there in second room is missing definitely. No go!!!!

I booked 12 rooms to this hotel and we had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent. The resort manager Mr. Luxman gave us a right royal welcome. Foods was excellent. Cleanliness and suppotiness of the staff excellent. I recommend this hotel for anybody who wants a holiday in down south for a full board basis. Once again I thanking for Manager and staff.
