Come relax in this spacious home that has a lot of southern charm. While it has original wood floors that show the character of the different eras, it also has a completely modern updated kitchen and baths. This house is designed for comfort, two king sized beds, huge bedrooms with black out curtains, televisions in each bedroom and the living area to a oversized comfortable couch. Master bedroom has a separate dressing and makeup room. Lounge or enjoy a meal on the front or back porch. Child size table and chairs in living area. It has a nice office area. Several plug towers so all your electronics can stay charged. Beautifully restored 1940s vintage home with two fireplaces and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Relax on oversize furniture and watch a 64" Smart TV cookout on the barbecue pit and enjoy the patio. Covered parking. Plugs available for charging your boat. Only minutes from Lake Palestine or Pine Dunes Golf Course. Century located between four towns that offer lots of shopping and restaurants within 20 to 25 minutes. Relax in comfort with Smart TVs, internet, and outside patio. Centrally located between Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens and Palestine Lots to do within driving distance of 20 minutes or so. The house is on HWY 175, some road noise is to be expected however, it is not excessive. You'll be within walking distance of our park, restaurants and boutiques. Some Saturdays there is also a farmer's market There is a one car garage and parking for two additional cars. no street parking but if you need more parking contact Linda.
