The Fountains Resort Orlando at ChampionsGate

나는 빌라 전체의 열린 공간을 좋아했습니다. 욕실뿐만 아니라 곳곳에 수납공간이 넉넉합니다. 빌라에는 세탁기/건조기와 요리 및 청소에 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 포함되어 있습니다. 수영장도 좋았습니다. 출입이 통제된 커뮤니티의 위치와 프라이버시 덕분에 우리는 마치 현지인이 된 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다! 다음 번에 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다!

This property is split in two areas adjacent to each other. We stayed at one of their town houses. First impressions of the front desk was great, however, the townhouse it self was dull. There was a lot of wear and tear, for example, the sofa had most of its leather lining ripped off. Who ever decorated this home did the bare minimum. It didn’t have the same wow factor of other places. The house was clean and tidy and no we had plenty of silverware, cookware, garbage bags, etc. We went to the parks for three days straight and did not enjoy the amenities offered there so I cannot comment. Another reason why I had to dock it a huddle is because it took 45 minutes or more to get to the parks. Although navigation systems says much less, the traffic on I-4 was always bad. If you’re planning on going to the parks, find a place that’s closer. Not bad, but also not wow. You will be safe and essentials met.

Spacious well appointed condo, conveniently located. Sofas and beds were overworked and need replacing. Dryer did not work. A serviceman came, but it was not repaired during our stay. Pool was very nice.

I stayed at the Fountains Mar 19th-26th. Prior to arriving I called and spoke with Kim, Natalia, and Ariana. All three of these ladies gave me exceptional customer service. Reading some reviews had me a bit nervous. From arrival to departure I had a great time. The townhouse was clean, a great location, no loud neighbors the fountains across the street were beautiful to look at and hear. My only problem was the RACCOONS, and they love it here. Please be careful because they are out in the day and night. Two were in the backyard one day close to the patio door. The community had everything I needed, Publix, Pizzeria, Chili’s, Red Robin, First Watch, Subway, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin Donuts to name a few. The travel to the Disney Parks were great without traffic 15-20 mins, with traffic 30 mins. Thank for a great experience. I stayed in Unit 8157

I arrived very late at night, the resort did not have my reservation because the third party booking agency I booked with neglected my reservation. Ariana was extremely friendly and helpful to me in a stressful situation. She worked diligently to find me another room and acually upgraded my stay at no extra charge. Her care and concern was awesome!

Our vacation with family was very nice however we did have some hiccups. 30 minutes before our check in time we received a message saying that we were downgraded which was a big deal because we were traveling with 14 people. They try to accommodate us into town houses versus the one original and we made it work but that’s definitely not what we signed up for. We had to check-in In a completely separate subdivision from where our townhouse was. Then when I receive the paperwork it didn’t show the address to where the townhouse was so we were driving around aimlessly. Once we got into the townhouse there was barely enough dishes. No remote controls in two of the rooms. All in all we had a good time with our family but there was definitely room for improvement

I won’t be ever staying here again for multiple reasons. When we showered, the water would leak out of the ceiling lights downstairs in the living room, preventing us from turning on the light or using any electrical equipment within that area out of fear of being electrocuted. The bathroom cabinets had stuff on them, the vents were covered in dust, the toilets flooded. We were left with 1 giant trash bag and 1 toilet tissue per bathroom and some of the tissue rolls were USED! I use the bathroom a lot and have a sinus problem so tissue is very much needed. The front desk never answered their phone when I tried calling about the electrical issue and I called 4 times. The toilets flooded everyday, we found straight brown hair on the bed and both me and my partner are African American with curly hair. The front desk employees had a bad attitude and vibe. They never smiled.

We stayed at The Fountains May 8-15. The unit we were assigned was filthy. When we arrived, we couldn't find any towels for the unit. Finally located them in the washing machine, still wet. The windows in the master bedrooms were covered in green mildew on the outside. The sliding glass door had green mildew growing up the door from the bottom and a thick layer in all of the tracks. The area rug in the living room was supposed to be light colored and was filthy brown. We couldn't locate any linens for the sleeper sofa, so we went to the front desk and notified them of the issues we had found and they said someone from housekeeping would be notified. No one from housekeeping ever responded. Everyone had to give up parts of their bed linens to help make the sleeper sofa. When the sleeper was pulled out, we found garbage under the sofa. The second day we called again to ask for the linens and was again assured that housekeeping would bring them over and address the other problems. No one ever responded. For the first 5 days of our 7 day vacation, the dumpster across from the unit was overflowing and animals were tearing into the garbage every night scattering it. Apparently some remodeling was being done down the street and the refuse from that was also being piled up in front of the dumpster making it impossible to take the trash out. We tried for 3 days every couple of hours to contact the resort before check in to add someone to the reservation and finally had to use the chat feature on the website to talk to someone and she got someone to return our call. Overall we were very disappointed in the condition of the "four star" unit we stayed in and will never stay here again.
