設施齊全，有停車場，有洗衣機烘乾機，適合差旅人士。 早餐一般般，不知是不是因為去的晚：早餐時間是到十點，九點左右到，已明顯感覺像剩下的了，有啥吃啥，也不加。 再者就是淋浴間裡邊，連個放衣服或者是放毛巾的毛巾架都沒有，這設計，實在欣賞不來！

호텔 로비는 매우 깨끗하고 장식도 훌륭하여 제가 가장 좋아하는 스타일입니다. 이곳에 머무르는 것은 매우 편안합니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절하고 적극적이며 정중합니다. 시설도 완벽하고, 주차장도 바로 앞에 있고, 주차도 편리하고, 음식배달 로봇도 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 방에 있는 침구와 베개가 매우 편안합니다. 여기에 묵으면 수면의 질이 더 좋아지는 것 같습니다. 방에 무료 생수와 차가 있고, 사진을 찍을 수 있는 대형 전신거울도 있습니다. 들어갈 때와 나갈 때. 호텔 조식도 훌륭하고 종류가 풍부하며 깨끗하고 맛있습니다.

방은 매우 좋고 깨끗하며 위생적입니다. 주차장이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 이곳의 서비스는 가게에 들어가는 순간부터 정말 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋고 웃으며 인사해 주시고 체크인도 매우 빨랐습니다. 날씨가 매우 더웠고 미리 에어컨을 켜 주셨네요. 이런 서비스 태도도 정말 훌륭합니다. 로비에 서비스 커피머신과 구두닦이 기계도 있고 아주 편안합니다. 방도 매우 깨끗하고 위생적입니다. 침대도 푹신하고 편안해서 새벽까지 잘 수 있습니다.

I’m so happy to visit Echarm hotel again as it’s my favourite hotel in this area especially it’s my Dad’s Birth Place. It’s as good, friendly & well though through with all the free amenities, super friendly staffs, calm & tasty deco & nice scenery when I open the window in the morning seeing the lovely sunshine & the wonderful Hill scenery across. And the extra choice of neck friendly pillows are the most welcome surprise to give me a restful sleep. Can’t fault it again

服務：酒店服務很貼心，服務有温度。房間內有歡迎零食和消毒濕巾，前台有髮夾、皮筋、坐便器墊等小物件提供，好感度up。房間清潔有瑕疵，床品上發現頭髮。 設施：都蠻新的，智能設備一應俱全。床品也比較舒服。美中不足門板隔音略差，遇到比較吵的鄰居還是比較受影響的，前台有耳塞提供可以提前拿上備用 環境：地理位置好，離金榜街和清暉園都近，步行距離可到達。房間窗外風景不錯，有陽光和微風的時候看着心情很好。

I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations. It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it. The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe. No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

주차가 편리하고 주변 지역은 산업 지역이어야하지만 근처에 푸드 코트가 있으며 먹을 것이 많고 디럭스 룸을 포인트로 업그레이드했습니다. 충분히 크고 방 위생도 괜찮고 서비스도 좋습니다. 나쁜 점은 방에 TV가 없다는 것입니다. 화면을 캐스팅할 수 없고 조식 종류가 적고 커피머신도 사용할 수 없습니다
