Very nice right across the street from the arena, would stay again

It was a really great stay starting from check in. We went down to the bar to have a few drinks before our event and the host was awesome and very social with us. The food was great also even the breakfast and that’s rare at hotels.

I paid over $600 for TWO NIGHTS at this property. I have other reservations at cities close by for future travel at much nicer hotels and half the price. When I asked WHY they were price gouging at the desk upon check in, I was told simply that they were not a franchise hotel and they were solid booked. Just because the hotel was in demand means I should pay 3 times what the room is worth?? The room itself was completely out dated, had water stains on the ceiling, smellled like an old closet, had dirty carpet and the windows had so much condensation, there were puddles on the window sill. There was one tiny bar in the lobby that was hardly ever open…and to top it off, the staff kicked us out of the pool 15 minutes before the posted close time so they could deep clean…their ability to deep clean could not have been significantly impacted by 5 people in the pool 15 minutes before it was closing anyway. VERY dissatisfied…

The location was great for us because we had a tournament at the War Memorial Coliseum. The beds were comfortable (more of a firm mattress), and the lobby was always open for us to hang out. The staff was friendly as well. They need more outlets or USB ports in the rooms for sure. Otherwise a good hotel.

Property is extremely clean and the staff is very cordial. The lady working at the bar was extremely friendly and took care of me and my son with helping get carry out food to take back to our room. highly recommended hotel.

Your housekeeping was great! Your customer service at front desk was the worst ever. Room was overpriced! Your suite should have double bunks and it would have been perfect. I got the short straw and had to sleep on the couch. Your mattress is nothing but springs that was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever encountered. I closed it up and slept on a couch that was too short but much more accommodating. I made the reservation for 5 and got 4 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. I paid close to 600.00 dollars for the room. Three of the 5 have long hair and use 2 towels each when they wash their hair. When we asked for more towels and wash clothes they ( the front desk) stated we could only have one set. None of us want to wash our face with a wash clothe someone else has used to clean their private parts! SAD :( Also the blankets on the bunks were the size for children and again we asked for 2 comforters to fit adults again 1 comforter was stated we could have. Finally after telling your evening worker that we were in the suite she did give us another comforter. All of this bad customer upset my 86 yrs od mother soooo bad and it stressed her out we had to take to the emergency room at Luthern Hospital to get her blood pressure back down. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait for quite a while before anyone came to the counter. Also when checking out this happened again. Your customer service was terrible and we all agreed we would be looking for other accomodations next yr

The some staff were very nice. Some just was to busy on the phone. Playing and didn’t like how when you asked some questions about breakfast had no idea what was going on I don’t think I will still there again

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was not included in price of room.

There was trash in my room from the previous guest. The toilet in the reception area was covered with dried urine and feces. The buffet was out of food for the most part. There were no utensils or cups to drink from. While the host was kind, they did not direct us to the buffet or tell us where we needed to go. We wandered until we managed to find it.
