Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. 방은 깨끗했지만 예약 한 방은 19 평방 미터 였지만 그다지 크지 않았으며 더블 침대를 예약했지만 싱글 침대 2 개가 조립 된 것을 발견했습니다.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma posso dire che fin dall'inizio siamo stati accolti calorosamente;siamo arrivati alle 09 del mattino per lasciare solo le valigie e visitare Firenze,ma la stanza era già libera e ce l hanno consegnata. Camera pulita, completa di tutto, abbiamo notato che era molto recente come arredamenti, molto bella. Ci hanno dato sani consigli su dove andare a cenare ( consiglio rist l'amorino a Scandicci 3 minuti in auto dall'hotel). Al mattino colazione al TOP, dolce e salato con prodotti freschi e di qualità, il ciambellone era fatto in casa😋. Il signore che era alla colazione, gentile e sempre presente fin dalla sera precedente per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione. Dopo la colazione,abbiamo lasciato la camera ma ci hanno concesso di lasciare l'auto nel loro parcheggio privato fino al pomeriggio senza pagare alcun supplemento e così ci siamo spostati con i mezzi (fermata tram a circa 900 metri dall'hotel)

방은 매우 디자인 적입니다. 크지는 않지만 매우 따뜻하고 편안합니다.이 유형의 방은 매우 구덩이입니다. 반 층에 있습니다. 매우 좁은 계단이 필요합니다. 방에 몇 단계가 있습니다. 큰 상자는 매우 비우호적입니다! 아침 식사는 여전히 매우 좋으며 외부에 앉아 느낄 수 있습니다.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

the air inside the room is bad the pillow is bad smell i dont feel good at the bed i dont know why the price is 240 euro/night and the conditions are bad i will never go again at this hotel neverrrr very old inside and plug are like year 1970 i feel bad

매우 독특하며 정통 토스카나 전원을 감상할 수 있습니다. 그리고 그 지역에서 아주 유명해서 택시 기사들도 알고 있다. 쾌적하고 소박한 시골 저택입니다. 방은 크고 편안합니다. 침대가 큽니다. 시내까지 택시를 타는 것이지만, 택시는 싸우기 어렵지 않다.

I can’t rave enough about our stay here at Riva Lofts! My husband and I absolutely love Florence & have been several times, but Riva Lofts gave us a new experience that was intimate, immersive and experiential. Our superior loft was the perfect size for us two, and breakfast served at the restaurant every morning was a great way to start our day (special shout-out to Giovanna for always being so sweet!). We took part in a private cooking class with chef Michele and we learned how to make a 4-course meal, including two pastas (we bought a pasta machine online after, if that’s any indication as to how much we enjoyed it). We dined at the on-site restaurant helmed by chef Michele multiple times and it was an elevated, fine dining experience in a nice, casual environment (so you didn’t have to dress up to the nines). We also booked a wine tour through the hotel that included a private driver, who brought us to two historic towns and two wineries. Finally, the location is out of the city center, but in a good way! We felt more like locals (although everyone at the hotel spoke English, but we did try to speak Italian which seemed appreciated!). Other recommended restaurants were about a 20-25 min walk, however, a tram that took you to the city center was easy to use and a short walk away (getting you to the Florence train station within minutes). Overall, it was a peaceful, romantic retreat with activities sprinkled in, wonderful public spaces (both indoor and outdoor) and the staff at Riva who couldn’t have been nicer. You won’t regret staying here!
