Outstanding location, amazing breakfasts, spotless rooms and very friendly staff. So glad I found this place!! It was nice to have a smaller hotel so the staff was always there for us and very helpful. I will stay here again and again.

The room was a little cramped and this is a very old building and small hotel. If you like quaint, then this is your place.

Well-spoken English, great location on a main road near the river, elevator access, free & delicious breakfast, courtesy welcome bottle of wine, felt very private, and clean! Highly recommend!

The check in process was easy and staff friendly. The room was very large and beautiful. At one time this building was one home so the room had very high ceilings with lovely paintings. We had a sofa lounge area and a separate area that had a large round table and four chairs. The bed was comfortable. The room was bright and light. The bathroom was very large and had both a shower and tub. The location is in a residential area which gives a great flavor the neighborhood but it is also a 10 minute walk to the area of Florence that has all the big attractions so we could walk everywhere. Nice assor**ent of restaurants nearby. There is an elevator that will hold about 4 people or 2 with luggage. The breakfast offering consisted of pastries, sandwiches, fruit and cereal plus coffee/tea. The property is not staffed at night but you have a fob that let's you get into the building and up to the floor.

The staff was absolutely amazing from booking to check-out. The location was on a very nice, safe street and walkable to the major sites. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The only complaint is the breakfast was minimal and there were no hot foods offered. It was mostly breads, however, the staff offered fresh espresso beverages which was nice. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The most unique experience in downtown Florence. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the Museum, Duomo and shopping. This boutique hotel was very lovely. Staff was very helpful, Manuela went above and beyond. Wine and amazing breakfast included!!!

Property was very clean and was within walking distance of shopping and many quality restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but shower was very nice. Breakfast was included in price which was convenient way to start your day＞
