SMALL 4 HOUR EVENT- up to 40 total guests - $800.00A small gathering is any gathering over the stated occupancy of 26 guests such as birthday parties, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, reunions, corporate meetings, etc. No more than 40 guests total permitted, which includes the 26 guests staying in the Farmhouse. If your event takes place outdoors, loud music must stop at 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests on the Farm. LARGE 6 HOUR EVENT - up to 60 total guests - $3000.00This event fee includes use of the Event Overlook with seating for 60 guests, a gazebo, use of the 10 picnic tables, extra trash removal, and additional guest parking. The store is about a 1/2 mile away and an easy walk or ride from the Farmhouse. The Atoka House is a beautiful log cabin with the original part dating back to the late 1700's. The home has 2 full bedrooms and sleeps 6 and 2.5 bathrooms. The property is 5 minutes from Middleburg and Upperville, and 10 minutes to The Plains and Marshall. When you step through the front door, you are greeted by the original log cabin. There is a guest bedroom on the main floor with a full bath and a bathtub. A washer and dryer are also on the main floor. The kitchen has a coffee bar and all standard kitchen amenities. The kitchen also has access to the wrap around deck with stunning sunset views.Upstairs, you will find a warm and cozy family room with original hardwood floors, logs and beams. This room also includes a pull out queen size couch and a 55" smart TV.
