"도착했을 때 받은 환영 인사가 정말 최고였어요! 간식과 함께 아주 좋은 웰컴 드링크까지 제공됐어요. 정말 좋았어요! 음식은 평균 이상이었지만 가격 대비 더 좋았어야 했어요. 웨이터, 컨시어지, 벨맨, 하우스키핑 모두 최고였어요. 개인 운영 호텔이라 주인이 거의 매일 와서 아무것도 안 했어요. 음악 연주하는 직원을 욕하는 걸 봤어요. 겉모습은 별로였어요. 다른 직원들은 잘 대우받았으면 좋겠어요. 직원들이 얼마나 전문적인지 보여주는 것 같아요. 해변도 없고 물에 들어갈 수도 없어요. 바위가 너무 많아요. 그래도 수영장은 정말 아름다워요."

"확실히 2주간의 Puglia 가족(4명) 여행의 하이라이트입니다. 유감스럽게도 우리는 2 박 동안만 거기에 머물 렀습니다. 11일의 도로 여행 후에 우리는 거기에 머물면서 차가울 수 있었을 정도로 더 길 수 있었습니다. 우리는 훌륭한 호텔에서 모든 식사를 했습니다(수영장이나 바 등). 아침 식사(뷔페+일품요리)는 다양한 선택으로 아름다웠습니다. 우리는 또한 우리 아이들에게 또 다른 멋진 경험이었던 Go-Karting 근처에 갔다. 호텔은 단순히 아름답고 우아했습니다. 그 개인 해변 클럽도 큰 보너스였습니다! ! !"

(Small to be a triple, fridge, shower 70x70) but it was the last available and in these cases it is usually the least appetite. "아름다운 정원에 자리한 멋진 호텔입니다. 정원에는 1000년이 넘는 올리브 나무들과 포도밭이 가득합니다. 호텔은 정원 안에 여러 개의 독립된 건물로 이루어져 있습니다. 저희 방은 독특하고 개성 넘치는 분위기였는데, 특이한 소품들과 재활용 가구들이 곳곳에 배치되어 있었습니다. 넓은 침실에는 편안한 침대가 있었고, 거실도 있었습니다. 야외에는 소파, 의자 두 개, 커피 테이블이 놓인 휴식 공간이 있었고, 화분에는 아름다운 꽃들이 가득했습니다. 아침 식사는 실내외에서 즐길 수 있었는데, 역시나 신선한 꽃으로 장식된 아름다운 공간에서 직접 만든 과일과 채소들을 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 레스토랑은 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 저희는 점심 한 번과 저녁 몇 번을 이용했는데, 메뉴가 비슷해서 채식주의자인 저에게는 선택의 폭이 좁다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 하지만 저녁 식사 때 다른 메뉴를 요청했더니 흔쾌히 들어주셨습니다. 와인도 맛있었고, 빵과 직접 만든 올리브 오일(1000년산, 100년산, 그리고 어린 올리브 오일)을 시음해 볼 수 있었습니다. 모두 맛이 달랐고 훌륭했습니다. 호텔에서는 파스타 만들기, 요리 강습 등 다양한 액티비티를 제공하며, 스파에서는 여러 가지 트리트먼트를 받을 수 있습니다. 하지만 가격이 다소 비싸서 저희는 이용하지 않았습니다. 수영장이 정말 멋지고, 올리브 밭이 있는 정원을 산책할 수도 있어요."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Almirador for 4 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the hotel’s website and promotional photos. The biggest issue was the apparent mismatch between the advertised images and the reality of the hotel. The website presents a vibrant, modern property with attractive facilities, but the actual hotel felt bland, dated, and under-equipped. The pool area and public spaces looked very different from the marketing materials and lacked the atmosphere shown online. Service was also far below expectations. There appeared to be no chef on site and food and drink options were very limited. During the day, there often seemed to be only one member of staff covering service, and there was no visible customer-facing reception or service team available when assistance was needed. One example is when my husband asked for a cold beer there was none in the fridge and we had to walk around the grounds to find someone to ask. Another example is we needed a snack before leaving to go to a wedding, and all they could offer was a bland cheese and ham toastie. The furnishings throughout the public areas were basic and inexpensive, with plastic chairs and low-quality furniture that felt inconsistent with the image the hotel promotes. The lobby, dining areas, and pool surroundings all felt under-resourced and lacked the standard you would expect at this price point. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of interest in guest feedback. Despite having ongoing communication with the hotel via WhatsApp during our stay, when we checked out the bill was simply handed to us without anyone asking about our experience or whether there had been any issues. The one positive aspect was that our room was clean and generally well maintained. However, this was not enough to compensate for the shortcomings elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, I felt that Hotel Almirador offered very poor value for money, it is overpriced, especially when compared with nearby hotels that appeared to provide significantly better facilities, service, and atmosphere at a similar price point. I would not return and would encourage prospective guests to look carefully beyond the promotional photos before booking. If anyone from the management would like to discuss you have my number."

"Me and my friend shared a room here for 5 nights and it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool view we had was very cute as well. The hotel manager Alessandro helped organize the transfers to and from the hotel / airport and their hotel driver Omar was amazing and drove us 2-3 times everyday!! We utilized his services rather than renting a car and worked out well. The breakfast that is included in the rate is wonderful and their rooftop overlooking the town is gorgeous. Definitely will be back and already miss it."

"We spent a wonderful eight days at Masseria Sottomassi which surpassed all expectations. We were a group of 14 for a special birthday celebration. The grounds, the thoughtful & imaginable interior design of the rooms and natural beautify of the regions also exceeded expectations. The property is well placed to access the coast & beach clubs, to gorgeous small Puglian hill towns & history. Thousands of olive trees, some of which are thousands of years old stand out. The staff of Sottomasi make it shine! From Pino & Zeto, to the kitchen crew to of course Ruth for her vision. A holiday that will stay in our hearts. It’s a special place we already want to return to."
