She offers to give me a $50 credit instead of refunding me for my entire stay. She made me feel like it all was my fault and I should have went elsewhere. I told her I did look for another place in my budget but other hotels were sold out. I then asked what was I supposed to do especially if your employee does not offer another room Change like she’s supposed to.
