"The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I appreciated how quiet the hotel was. My biggest issue was with the heater in the room. It was very cold outside when I was there and I had the heat on and overnight my heater kept blowing freezing cold air, then warm air, back to freezing cold air. I got an extra blanket but slept terribly. I did call down but they said everything was working fine as far as they knew. This is minor but I also was disappointed there were no bananas with breakfast. Usually I grab one to go at other springhill suites. And finally the icy parking lot was a little scary. I was surprised no one had put salt down and saw another guest fall. However there was plenty of parking so that was good!"

"Only plus was the pool and hot tub were in working order. Our room didn’t have one of the safety locks so ended up making something myself to lock up while traveling with young children.   Breakfast had very thin batter for waffles so it was just the crust, 2 cereals and some bread items for the toaster oven. Coffee tasted good tho."
